    Explanation of the trade: sold him gold via btc, know due crash theirs been delay, but its been almost 26hours and its still pending with 0 confirms, contacted him multiple times about it, he didnt response for 24hours , contacted livechat and asked there or they pay the right fee, they couldnt confirm that and claimed was just sent standart, which i doubt as if the right fee was paid it wouldnt take this long to confirm
    Amount scammed: idk or scam yet but 80$
    How they scammed: btc still pending with 0 confirms after 25hours+

    poor customer service again, when i came with my question to livechat or they paid the right fee, they closed chat? really sketchy in my opinion if a livechat just close the chat.

    im almost sure pokole didnt pay the right fee when sending, and so the faulth is on his behalf

    Can you send me whatever information you have about the payment you sent? I've given you a TWC for taking 10+ hours to send this guy his payment. You can't "forget" to pay your customers...

    Here is my response regarding this situation

    Someone else should decide if this situation is worth TWC status, I don't think you are competent and experienced enough to value this objectively.

    I have clearly sent a screenshot from google search that it can take up to 72 hours for payment to confirm, there is a blockchain link sent by juicy on the report, what other information are you exactly asking for?
    Bitcoin transaction has confirmed within 28 hours (few hours after the report has been made). When volatility increases in the market - it is normal for payments to take longer especially when the price moves from ~8000$ to ~6000$ within a day.

    When it comes to sending payment 10 hours late - @juicy was a supplier, not a customer. Which means they provide websites with gold, deliver orders and agree to get paid later at once to save time. He went to sleep, I sent everyone payment but forgot to send his and laziz's part as I got busy and then went to sleep hour after. This was not the situation when someone messaged me for 10 hours straight, asking to receive payment.
    This is a normal human factor to forget things and delay payments especially when this is not a 1000$ payout. How could you dare to put "forget" in quotation marks, do you know anything about this situation in order to judge StakeGP.com upfront @Superfluous ? If the price would have went up, I would have no problem paying more due to my bad memory.

    It was similar situation with R2Pleasent the other day, unfortunately this situation is correlated with StakeGP :)

    It is a common case and delayed payment should not be worth receiving a TWC status unless it repeats, I have 10 more examples with other websites and slow replies and payments but as I have mentioned R2P already as an example:

    I've been on staff for 26 months and was global for most of that.

    And I've obviously seen your screenshot, but googling something isn't the same as you posting evidence of having sent someone money. The blockchain link above is for like $500 so I was pretty sure that's not the proof of transaction that I was looking for. I wanted something that said "hey I sent this money and it's stuck in limbo; this is the fault of the financial platform, not me."

    And if @juic is a supplier who had previously agreed to be paid in bulk, that changes things a bit. Can you show some sort of proof of that agreement? Seems odd that he'd agree to something like that and make this report over $80 though.

    There is no "agreement" as you say, however this was a reseller who was delivering orders for me. He made this report not that I did not pay him, but beacuse payment has not had a single confirmation and I was busy to guide him on how to use google search. It went even better for him to receive payment at ~6000$ BTC, so I initially lost money for paying him late. That is a "sweet" move though to complain about payment time when it turned out to be even better for @juicy :) .

    Hmmm okay. Seems the $500 payment was because several of your other payments got rolled up into one (according to @juic on discord). I think this is more like the R2P case than I originally had thought so I've removed your TWC after talking it through with other staff. Fwiw R2P did lose his "highly trusted" funrank as a result of practices like this so please do your best to not let it happen again.
