    I want to know why are you guys closing sellers accounts without reasons. I have been selling on the site for more than 3 years, took a six month "vacations" (I was in fact leveling up several accounts to put on sale) and when I logged back to post some accounts I got a "Suspended account" alert. I haven't sold anything in the past six months, never had a dispute and had 100% positive feedback from my customers. Opened ticket and all what I'm receiving are automated emails when asking for a deep review of the ban reason because is a mistake that can be easly corrected with a deep review of my account.

    Hey there, I didn't know you're here on Sythe as well. I was the one responding back on our Twitter account. I'm very sorry, I have already verified with the team and I'm afraid the suspension is real and validated and can no longer be lifted. It was due to security considerations where I was told no information could be divulged. Again, I'm really sorry but that's as far as I can share.

    Again. That suspension is a mistake and must be reviewed. I wasn't active for almost six months, and I got banned out of nothing. They just refusing to do it and sending automated emails.

    I can assure you with 100% confidence that I haven't break any rule, neither had a dispute or something similar. I had 100% positive reputation on the site and that's what piss me off, that I never did any offence or break any rule.

    • I’ve been stuck on payment verification for 14+ hours. Cancelled the order and re-purchased and got stuck in payment verification again. Sent all the documents requested but haven’t gotten a response back. Please help I’m just trying to buy this account and I’ve complied with everything requested.

    Hello guys, I'm happy to share with you that PlayerAuctions has just implemented a new feature called "My Balance". This aims to make fund management at PlayerAuctions easier and will allow you to take control of your disbursements in order to maximize payment portal fees.

    All sellers should be informed about this via an on-site message at PlayerAuctions; please check your inbox for more details.

    To use this feature, login at PlayerAuctions and scroll over to your username on the upper right of the screen. Scroll down to "My Balance" and click on the digits below.

    In the next screen, you'll be able to see (3) categories:
    Reserve | Available | To be withdrawn

    Here's an explanation for each:

    Reserve - is the value you have with PlayerAuctions that is currently waiting to be released; these are scheduled disbursements for game account orders where free insurance was given to the buyer

    Available - is the value that is ready to be withdrawn, which means any free insurance period or dispute process has already lapsed

    To be withdrawn - is the value that is now scheduled for disbursement to you; by clicking on the "Withdraw" button below, this value updates with the value you input when Withdrawing

    Notes:
    - The disbursement time will still be the same as before, this feature isn't going to affect the schedule in any way
    - The Reserve value will not include funds on disputed orders; it's not going to show up here because the funds may be converted to refund depending on how the dispute goes


    Other changes include:
    - Sellers will now be notified on the screen if their disbursement account is no longer active
    - Minor text change: "Balance log" is now displayed as "Penalties"; the nature of the value is still the same, only the label has changed

    @Abuhamza123 just wait , it is weekend and the support is not here during the weekend , so just be patient.
    @PlayerAuctions , @Abuhamza123 tried to buy an account and he got charged for it but the payment fail , if you can explain him the reason why he was charged for a failed transaction would be nice, also please help him on how to complete the transaction or just get a refund .

    Is there anyway to reach out to support during weekends? I think buyers are not receiving any email from PlayerAuctions when an order is in "Verifying Payment" phase. Is that a bug?

    Not all the time, if you were able to take a screenshot or proof that the buyer was the one at fault, you may request for the fee to be waived by contacting [email protected] (kindly use your registered email address on your PA account for them to know it's you) and include an explanation and proof that the buyer was the one at fault. Let me know if you need help with that.

    Hey there, Abu. I was able to check on both orders:

    5821095 - The refund for this is already completed
    5839160 - The refund for this is already processed but it's still in transit, you should have it in 1-2 business days

    Thanks for the back-up, @Wizard Shop.

    Your payments are being declined if you're using a payment account that has a different name from your PA account. This needs to exactly match. The payment may also get declined if the transaction has a very large order price — this tends to get more likely flagged by our system for being risky.

    The payment for order 5821095 wasn't declined and it got through; the refund for this was due to a dispute that you won. I strongly recommend to continue using the same payment account you used for this since that payment account is already validated by our team during your previous conversation with them.

    Hey there. As far as I know there is no service outage during the weekends, I also asked them about this and checked on my own — operations are on-going. It might have been just a bad case of the concerns being backlogged, in which case I apologize for the hassle.     For already completed orders, I'm afraid that's no longer possible. But if the penalty is still new, even if it's for a week, I urge you to send it to that report email. We cannot guarantee anything since this is on a case-to-case basis, but we'll definitely look at them.

    Hey Jacob, sorry about this. That's because we never send disbursements on weekends, and during the later half of Friday. We can only do so on business days (Mondays to Fridays). You should now be queued today.

    For the most part, it's still the same as the old one.

    The new fees will be applied, as long as the funds are in Reserve. By principle, the same applies to funds already in Available. But if it's Withdrawn already, it will stick to your old disbursement unless you can make a cancelation before the funds are sent, which you can do so by changing the disbursement through our team. If the disbursement change is done on the site, the disbursement will have to be let through to your old disbursement first so to be sure, contact our team via [email protected].

    The key difference here is that once Withdraw is used, the disbursement account cannot be changed unless the current disbursement account is inactive or if you have lost access to it, in which case the funds bounce back to us anyway so the money is safe.
