Dispute TWC

Link to/reason for TWC: Scammed by OceanGoat

List of vouches since receiving TWC:

I've made two trades since, and both haven't vouched me.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC:

A non user of Sythe reported me for 'scamming him' roughly 18m OSRS. I never scammed this user, the user never had proof I actually scammed him yet I was accused and cautioned with a TWC. Since I neither recorded the near trade it was never fully cleared and I was put with a 'TWC' for 'Sketchy' behavior.

Anything else you wish to say:

I find it unfair to get this TWC without any evidence of me actually comitting any rule breaking, as you won't find any because i didn't! Also I would like to point out the reason I blocked him after he was messing me around is because I was actually swapping Zenyte GP which is an OSRS private server gold for OSRS gold. With doing this I've encountered so many failed scammers, in which I thought this person was. So after he declined the trade which he promised he would accept I put him in the same category as the other failed scammers.

It would be great to get this removed as it doens't reflect my reputation...

Could you explain/link us to the two trades you've done since getting your TWC here?

 

As mentioned to you previously (via DM's and the report that got you the TWC) there were too many concerns within the report that warranted your TWC.

TL;DR of the concerns:

• You blocked the user after you claimed he didn't give you anything/never followed up until a report was made/I contacted you for more insight
• You changed the narrative saying you two spoke from OSRS prior (which he claimed wasn't true, but I couldn't take either word for that, although you had no proof of this either) when the logs from the report were all from Discord/Sythe
• You couldn't show proof of your cash stock for the order (rather items equivalent of value, but definitely concerning nonetheless since items weren't agreed upon)
• On top of changing the narrative a lot you accused me of being bias and not taking your side when firstly I didn't know the user reporting you and secondly I could only go off the proof given to me from the report, not your claims off-site that you had no proof/logs of to help your case

Taking that into consideration and the fact that you have no vouches on Sythe since the TWC was issued I can't support this dispute at this current time. My advice moving forward is pick up your activity as you've rarely been around since the TWC was issued and obtain some vouches as well.
