guys im back on the xans

after not touching xanax and perc30's for about a week now ive suddenly relapsed.. to tell you the truth if im being frank honestly if i must admit pretty disappointed with myself, but it is what it is.

idk what to do since i got kicked out of rehab for yelling in discord once in there and i dont know what to do.

any help would be very appreciated

 

Not worried about you doing xans as much as the perc 30s. How long have you been doing those for exactly?

 

about 4 years. and xanax for 11. i dont think the 30's are the problem though, since they're expensive here, but ill have 1 and just have like 10 xans with it. cocktail type beat

 

Not a good idea mate.... Find hobbys [working out/gaming/reading/cooking/yoga/ask out one girl everytime you go out/visit a coffee shop and just drink coffee and think]

 

be careful of seizures. 11 years on xans. Jesus dude. I've gone through what you're going through about 7 years ago, if you want some help or ways to cope, pm me on discord.

 

Take care of yourself man. I hope you get better soon. I'm not sure where your located, however drug rehabilitation programs run by governments are a thing.

I know how you feel, not with the pills but with drinking I'm the same way lately and everytime I wake up hungover or not my heart breaks.

Stay strong just remember you're human, forgive yourself and remind yourself why you wanna do better for yourself.

Damn, I've never struggled with drugs or alcohol but I feel for you man. Sending the best wishes your way. Not much that I or anyone can really say on here to help your situation, you need to want it yourself. I've dealt with depression and stuff like that before, its a dark place and I'm not comparing it to what you're going through, but it's best to keep yourself busy man. Get a full time job, go back to school, join a group, join a team, do anything to keep yourself busy. I know it's hard, but it'll help you in the long run.

What have you been doing for money? I know it can be hard when you have an addiction to keep funding it.

Also, do you have any friends that aren’t substance abusers?

 

No experience with drugs but similar to the rest that posted above ,just keep yourself busy.
Maybe drink tons of water and go for runs to clear it out of your system , not sure if it works but try going for a cleanse/detox.
Look on the bright side , you didn't touch it for a week , make the next goal 2 weeks then 3... etc. You got this @ARTDEAL3R <3
