As far as I know Pain (Pain) is the dude associated with acckings. Did you talk to anyone on Sythe about buying this account? Or just bought it on that other site and it got recovered?

 

I bought it via their website and it was recovered within 3 weeks.

 

Okay, sorry for your loss. Nothing much we can do about it here though. Will ask @Pain about it if he ever returns...

Customer chargedback on paypal for the acckings website order.

Customer went to his bank after paypal refused his unauthorised transaction and disputed it a second time and it was won in his favour due to virtual goods/accounts not being covered in paypal's sellers protection.

This customer has also trained the account in ways which lowers the accounts value.

 

I charged back acckings because this was my paypal charge 2 days later after i had bought the account.
This charge and website had nothing to do with that site and ive never been to it noris there anything listed on the site for sale or to sell to.

I was 100% under suspicion that this was a scam and my paypal information had been leaked.
I have never dealt with that website in my entire life ...

I asked him to return my items on the account and he is currently refusing and trying to charge me to buy back the account for my property on the account as well.

Guy, I did fire cape, Monkey madness, Tourist trap and got it 60 attack 1 over 60 and even at that can still be sold as a 75 attack pure which would sell for more especially with some annoying quests out of the way and the fire cape done.
Thats why i bought it for 165 and he is selling it for 220 ?

If anything it was a miscommunication between the seller and buyer, I told him id pay for this week if he waited and he told me he will only accept osrs gold and BTC because of the dispute. There would of never been a dispute if this person was actually professional in the way they conducted their business and kept irrelevant side websites out of the purchase. I told him id buy it back through paypal for the same amount and do you really think paypal would let me charge back the same amount 2x ??? C'mon now this guy is just looking for ways to keep my shit and walk away.

 

36.5m in gold worth of items were on the account that I'm holding currently. Currently talking to a few staff members about what to do with this amount due to the change in account value + time invested in this dispute etc.

I offered to return the gold to him if he repurchased the account for bitcoin/osrsgp valued at our current buyprice as a way of resolving this issue as I'm unsure of the rulings on that part.

Account was changed from a 40 attack 1 pray f2p pure to 61 attack pure with 52 pray. There is also a registered email on the account now due to the recovery.

Customer has received all of the funds back from paypal.

 

I told you id buy it back paypal this week lmk ^^

Can you please refund @Pailess the money that was on the account when you recovered it? He should not have chargebacked the payment, but you should not keep his wealth in addition to the account.
