Rune Dragon - My TWC

Link to/reason for TWC: [Resolved] Reason: Outsourced the order, i forgot to tell the customer about it. The clients osrs iron bank got cleaned.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I had to go and i wanted the quests to be finished as i was already really late, so i asked my bud if he could help. He has a small team, i did work with them for 2 months already before this happened. We had many-many successful deals before, this is where the trust came from. By the way, i always told customers if their order would be completed by others.
As far i can remember, this was the only time i forgot to tell a customer as i was in hurry.

Anything else you wish to say: I am sorry to the victim and others i disappointed with rule breaking and mostly with my reaction (if u know u know) i was really pissed at myself at that time.
I want to come back to services, probably with a team, but i will be more aware.
