Just stepping in since Super is offline, you need to provide a gif/recording of yourself collecting Baod's Unique ID, so we can be sure you were speaking to the real one. Refer to these threads to learn how:

Secondly, have you tried logging into the account yourself? The information from the screenshots doesn't work
