An impostor scammed me for LSS account

Paid them $293 for a last shelter base 25 account. Was told money was on hold for 24 hours. Was given no account info or access during that 24 hours. Have tried to communicate numerous times and have gotten no answer after the 24 hours. I have filed a dispute with pay pal. This person's references looked good from all the positive remarks made from rune scape customers on this site. in fact referred me to this site to look at all their happy customers from past. doesnt mean you wont get scammed thou.

 

Moo hasn't been on in a week so my bet is that this is an impostor scam. Still, can you get me this information? How to Report a Scammer; Report Templates + Video Tutorial
