    #1 Yes, I think that is alright to have, as long as you cannot delete what is entailed in that area. This would be troublesome for reports and such

    #2 yes, I guess so as long as it doesn't violate Sythe rules

    #3 yes, offsite bans can be reported on Sythe if there is enough proof

    #4 no, just make sure it is not bumped.
