Explanation of the trade:
I traded him about 1.5B. HE claimed he was the original owner when I bought it. I then added 3 months membership, put 150M+ in the POH and there was about 50m in items left. He paid me back 800m and agreed to pay me back at least another 800m on the 10th of January. Since then he's pretty much been ghosting me and blocking me. He claims he can't even recover the account which he obvious is lying about since he took it back. He even tried to change the set up email on the account to resemble my own personal email so it looks like its still registered to me but it didnt even have the same amount of characters. He promised lifetime warranty and is clearly scamming me.

Yeah the thing is I never got the account back, and i suspect he still has access to it, I havn't been able to recover it, all my recoveries has been denied, so I'm not going to be refunding anything to him, you may do as you please. Thank you.

 

Why do you suspect he still has access to it? Separately, are you the original owner of the account?

 

Because when he originally contacted me saying it was recovered, he showed me a picture of the registered email starting with "D" which was the same letter in the email he requested me to change it to back when he bought it, after being aware of that, the email later on got changed into something else.
I am the original owner yes, which is bothering me, since I should be able to recover my account, he mentioned to me it got locked at a point, and he was able to unlock it using his own email, I do not know if that has anything to do with it, I just believe he either, A. Still has access to the account or B. Lost the account by entering a malicious website and lost it like that. Yet again I personally have no clue, anywho I am not really interrested in being in contact with this guy anymore since he started posting my personal information on multiple social media platforms, such as contacting and bothering my friends and family, and using my drivers license on social media and should I get banned on here for this, then so be it. This is all the information I have in this case.

 

@divinesebby We're talking now about how to handle @BigTing misusing the personal information you guys exchanged during the trade. Him reaching out to your loved ones is not appropriate.

@BigTing Who has control over the recovery email on this account? It sounds like @divinesebby transferred that email over to you. Is that correct?

 

I did not give him the original email of the account, we simply changed the email set for the account to his, I still have the original email, but even with that I have not been able to get a hold of the account.

 

Okay, so this is a case where you're liable to help him get the account back if he says he cannot access it. Your DNT will remain in place until you refund him or get him the account back. I'll post an update on the personal info thing once we come to a decision.
