OSRS RWT QUESTION

Hello guys in OSRS i have bought gold in increments of (20M / 25M / 35M) 3 times in the one month span I have been playing

What are possible consequences that can happen to my account?
2 day ban? 2 week ban? perma ban? or low chance of being banned?

 

In case and jagex catch you , its perma ban for sure
But the rate is so so low.
for ur safety make a fresh lvl 3 and use it to trade the money.

 

It’s perm ban for RWTs but trust me you have nothing to worry about with that low of amount traded. Don’t lose any sleep over it man.

but to make yourself feel better use a low lvl alt 50cb+ to trade over and ect

 

This advice is terrible. Level 3s can get flagged and instant disconnect/ban when receiving gp fresh off of tutorial.

Buy gp on your main account and Don’t buy from big sites and you’ll be fine. Jagex isn’t looking to stop 20M purchases, they’re looking to stop the people farming hundreds of mills/bills.

 

no one know how and when you will get banned. if you dont want to take the risk of getting banned then dont rwt at all or just follow jagex's rules. but i seen a streamer that got banned randomly without violating game rules lol.

Honestly, you'd have to be the unluckiest guy on planet Earth if you get banned for those amounts.

 

Generally jagex dosnt ban gp buyers. They tend to target flippers. If you purchased ur gold using a legitimate account you're all good!

 

At that amount, you wont even get a notification from Jagex.

However their policy regarding RWT is about to change and they are taking stronger stance against buyers as well..

But for now you good, dont stress it. Enjoy

Having said all this, don't ponder too hard because it is very small amounts even 200m is ok.

 

Historically, they've spent the majority of efforts targeting sellers (the logic there makes sense). As a buyer, you're much less likely to catch a RWT ban. GL.
