[Denied]Make roles in discord for other donors

Would be nice to have a role for other donors too, not just higher ones.
We also donated to Sythe as much we could and a little more recognition could help us.
Plus it would help users to know a little bit more about who they're trading with.

For instance the following roles could be made: $5/$25/$50/$100/$200+ etc

 

Don't you also get the custom image next to donor status?
You also get the $500 donor making you higher on the list in discord being more recognized to other users. It still beats lower donors, and I feel like lower donors should have a simple role to help recognition in discord.

 

I feel that and I can see where you're coming from as a $500 donor.
It's goes both ways tbh, I would love to hear a suggestion from someone who is unbiased in this.

No support. This requires unnecessary work for staff members. You should be rewarded for donating $500 or more, as there are not many perks that the website itself can offer so offering a discord rank is plenty. It gives recognition on Discord to those who donated more than they ever needed to. You want to get recognized more? Then consider donating more to reach that $500 threshold.

 

This is spot on, and it's a no support from me as a result. $300 is about the lowest level I could see this ever happening for, and I doubt even that will happen.

Maybe we should have a "recently pardoned" discord rank too?

 

I did my research before posting, and I did not find such a suggestion in the past. I could be wrong obviously so if you find one with a request like mine, let me know.

No support, I'm already against the 500/1000 donor rank roles in the Discord. No need for a massacre of ranks in the Discord, we already have too much as is.

 

I highly doubt this would take as much staff time as everyone thinks, could just make a rank request topic/channel and 2 minutes daily would be more than enough

if its a transparent role I guess that would be fine but I still dont see the point of it either way

 

$500 and $1000 are the only ones that we are setting as special roles in the discord, this keeps them special
