    The insurance never mentioned a 72 hour inspection phase/grace period. And besides that’s complete rubbish.. I can sell my account and 3 years down the road reclaim it at any point.

    Please don’t give me bad excuses. I bought insurance and it guarantees y’all will help me reclaim the account or refund me if reclaimed. Yet he’s selling it again on y’alls website on multiple accounts? Y’all banned his account because y’all realized he’s reselling it... I’ll gather more evidence as your warranty stated it’s good for a year so I’ll keep gathering evidence

    Not asking for a refund but I bought a “hand trained” league of legends account for 13$ from a reputable buyer and it got banned a few days later.

    When I requested a refund, it got denied because there was no proof the original owner “botted the account” even though I’ve only played like 3 games on it.

    I’m usually understanding but this is complete bullshit from your customer support. Hope you can change your policy for other customers in the future.

    Hi there. Sorry to hear about what happened with your order. We do process refunds for cases like these, but user claims and chances for refunds heavily hinge on the provision of proof at a very early time so we can still freeze the seller's disbursement if need be. We've had cases like these before and the buyer was able to issue a refund by showing proof that the botting happened before the sale took place, and this incriminated the seller.

    In any case, feel free to write to me via PM if you need help on any past, current, or upcoming orders.

    Hey @PlayerAuctions , it seems like 4 out of 5 times I attempt to make a purchase off your account as soon as I enter my stuff into the payment section and pay it says payment failed, but every single time it charges me and takes like 3-5 days for the money to go back into my account. what is the issue here?

    I saw this dispute late, and dealt with this issue with the user and it was shown/proven that he lied to basically try and screw me. He admitted this (which I'll be making a Sythe scam report and will edit the link it). I saw this case was escalated and will be sure to submit evidence immediately if I'm allowed. I'm hoping Daniel just does the right thing here though.

    What in the actual **** is going on with this website? At this current rate I'm not sure this website will make it through the year, I'll make sure of it at this point. It's getting ridiculous, but they don't care over there because they're still making their paychecks with our fees on the few orders that might actually get through. Come on...

    Hello there, Chris. Please double-check and make sure the name in your payment account matches the name in your PA account. Your PA account information also needs to be complete and accurate. These are the most likely culprits that get payment denied on the site. If you have further questions, please send me a PM and include any pertinent order IDs so I can take a closer look.

    Hi ,
    I normally talk privately to playerauctions but this time I will talk publicly as this will get many opinions .

    with many changes to playerauctions that have been happening for the past few months , new web-design and few days ago another new web-design , it sure looks cool and modern etc... but looking cool and modern doesn't mean there will be a better outcome , the website used to have a notification-bell and message-notifications all the time , removing these 2 from the home page and other pages is really bad , now having to put the cursor on your name top right corner and going through the list to check your messages , also removing the osrs-accounts shortcut button .

    honestly osrs gold sales and osrs accounts sales need fast delivery and for first time users on playerauctions the website seems to be a little complicated , not knowing whether they received a message or not , or getting a notification on the bell , also as i seller i used to have playerauctions home page on the side , and i can see whether i received a message or not now i don't anymore .
    i also think osrs accounts should have a shortcut button like before , makes it clear and easy for first time users .

    sometimes cool and modern doesn't always mean good results , that's why playerauctions should think more about the usability meaning the ease of use , and also to think about how clear everything is , the website was complicated but acceptable and now it is even worse .

    what do you guys think?

    Thanks for bringing it up, Wizard. Like I messaged you via PM, I have brought this up to them already but it may take a while for any developments.

    As this post is geared towards open conversation with other people, I'll take a step back. I may not notice any issues that need my attention so if ever guys, just PM me. It's still the best way to get my attention.

    Yes, I agree the recent visual changes are, on the contrary, negatively affecting the sales of your website. Also, I have like 3 pages of Pending Payments/Payment failed with no orders for the past 4 days. That is alarming. :/

    Important announcement regarding disbursements:

    Due to the week-long Lunar New Year starting this weekend and lasting until the whole next week, disbursements will temporarily be unavailable on Tuesday and Thursday *ONLY*. Disbursements on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will still proceed. Please be advised of this and I ask everyone not to worry, this isn't the same as previous disbursement issues and it's only due to staff being unavailable on those dates.

    I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this will cause. We totally don't expect any mishaps, but I will be ready to attend to any issues that may arise next week related to this.

    In summary:
    Lunar New Year Disbursement Schedule
    January 21 and 23 - Disbursements are unavailable
    January 20, 22, and 24 - Disbursements are available

    After that week, disbursements will go back to the regular schedule.

    As always, you may PM me for any other concerns or questions.

    Hello, my PlayerAuctions name is seifer2311. You've wrongly banned my long-established 0-marks account due to IP issue. In Venezuela the IP Range is tiny, and it seems by unlucky fate. I temporarily shared an IP with a blacklisted user (Stefan15).
    I have no contact with the mentioned user(Stefan15) and have been apart of PA for 3 years along with about 50 sales and 0 issues. Please strongly consider and contact me appropriately.
    This is an unfortunate situation for me physically. Please provide fair judgement.

    Hey guys, I am very sorry about this. Our staff handling this is unavailable for the whole week but rest assured, your payments will be commensurated with the full value of the slots once they get back. I have already sent separate notes to the team handling it and I have asked if they could get back to it during this week, if possible at all, but please expect this next week.

    It should've been handled before they became unavailable starting Monday this week, so there is a lapse with processing. I am sorry about this as well and I will make a note of this to them.

    Hello, customer reached out to me with a purchase error that I haven't seen before.

    Order # Order ID: 5641468

    -The customer paid for this days ago, and the status is in "pending playerauctions inspection" - I have never seen this order status before, usually it's "pending payment verification" "pending payment" or "pending delivery"

    Order seems to be stuck, and customer has no idea what to do, and says hes reached out with no response.

    Any insight appreciated, thanks

    Hello Rune, sorry for the hassle. The offer was created as a manual delivery order, which means the account details will have to be briefly checked by our support team. This can take up to 24+ hours; I went ahead and sent the buyer the game account details. Could you please chat with him through the on-site messenger? The game account info should now be in his email. Once he's done checking, he can go ahead and confirm the order from his side as per usual.
