    Hey there. I'm sorry if this is costing you potential on sales, but a lot of the accounts on our site are getting flagged for this since a lot of their information doesn't match — most especially, mismatched names between their PA and payment accounts. We can't accept the payments as there is a possibility that the payment account is being used without the owner's consent (could be a mother's, a friend's, or worse, somebody they don't know completely).

    Other times, it's just security precautions. I'm sorry but there's no way we can bypass this.

    Hi again, Neo. I'm very sorry but yes, they encountered issues with it but rest assured they are closely working on some payment mode leads this time. GooglePay takes ages to process refunds and they never accept transaction IDs as verifiable proof that funds are already in transit. They are a fantastic payment portable but it's not just a good fit for our site, and ultimately it's all about that. I realize how this looks like after all the trouble with PayPal, but this is ultimately being done to stave off unnecessary long waits on refunds for buyers.

    Could you PM me the order ID? If it's via BTC payment, you will need to give us the BTC refund address; either PM it to me or send it to [email protected]. For other payment modes, it should be automatic, and you might have gotten it already.

    Would like to refund the buyer, Balance is still in my playerauctions account, not disbursed to my payoneer yet.

    here is the Policy , you can take it from my seller account balance:

    "If the disbursement for the order has already been sent to the Seller, the disbursement value will also be added to the penalty fee in the form of negative balance to the Seller account. That negative balance will be compensated by future disbursements automatically, until the balance reaches $0."

    What are the penalties if I lose a dispute?

    Payment keeps failing. I have made several payments recently with this same card and it always goes through fine. I am now having issues, I’ve attempted several times with different cards, I can not get the payment to go through. I’ve attempted to try bitcoin, but I can not for the life of me figure out a simple way to use bitcoin. Please help me to purchase this account. Thank you.

    So, is it going to stay like this or are they going to include new payment methods? Even I do not have the option to purchase with credit cards anymore on PlayerAuctions when I have made over 1k in successful credit card purchases in the past in their platform.

    Hey there. I'm sorry but we won't be able to process either the refund nor the disbursement at this point. Both you and the buyer's accounts are currently suspended on the site and are suspected to be in collusion — under these circumstances, nothing will be processed at this point. It's best to contact our staff directly about this if you want to dispute this.

    As for your concern about sharing info with us, I'd like to state for the record that we NEVER share customer information outside of PlayerAuctions — the info and documents we ask for are kept and treated confidentially and professionally.

    I will need to check on this, BTC payments should be fine but it's possible that there's a problem with the BTC account you're using. While I wait for feedback from the team I have inquired about this, could you please check and find out if you are able to make the BTC payment within the 15-minute timer for this? It's also possible that you're missing the time window.

    In any case, I'll get back to you about this. Really sorry for the inconvenience with this.

    Hello Neo. That's the plan they told me, they are still scouring for new payment methods we can introduce at PA but at the very moment, there's nothing new. I'm sorry yet again that this has affected you both as a seller and as a buyer, but right now with the current setup, let me know if there's anything I can help with to make the current options work for you.

    So an update to the account I bought getting reclaimed. (Support since 12/18/19 messaging and emailing constantly trying to get help)
    I have found not one BUT TWO post of the previous seller who reclaimed the account reselling it!! The first one I sent a support ticket in and what happens? The seller got banned!(ALL OF THIS TODAY!)His page has disappeared and I was told I NEED MORE EVIDENCE? why was he banned if he’s legit and NOT THE SCAMMER who scammed me?? And I’m told I need more evidence??...

    The second post I found was from yesterday (the previous from 1/3/20) the two separate sellers created the accounts the same day! The photos are THE EXACT SAME, down to the prayer being drained and it being captured in both images as well as the image from when I bought it.. everything is the same. Y’all have a MASS scammer scamming thousands on your site. I have proof and I want the credits I rightfully deserve.

    I apologize, my bad. There was indeed insurance purchased for order 5478936. I consulted this again with the staff along with the new information you provided. I'm afraid this doesn't change things and we still cannot enact the refund because the information provided is insufficient. The screenshots do not incriminate the seller.

    During the last consultation with them, prior to my vacation at the end of 2019, I was able to ask the staff and as compromise, this seller is already banned at PlayerAuctions. At this point this is the most that I can give you; he won't be able to create any accounts with us anymore. We still cannot provide any refunds for this given the reason I explained above.

    How?.. he’s literally selling the account again.. in the insurance it says y’all would help me reclaim the account. Yet he’s selling it right in front of us?... he’s SELLING IT.. y’all are able to have found out if the username is the same

    Y’all are able to find out his username so help me. I’m tired of this shit. I’m doing everything I can to find out and y’all arent doing ANYTHING! I gave you the guy on a silver platter and he was banned instead of looking into his username! And the best thing is I SEE HIM ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT SELLING AGAIN. I purchased insurance and it says y’all will help me reclaim the account. But y’all haven’t done anything instead of telling me y’all need more evidence instead of gathering any. At this point I just need to talk to my bank about this being a fraudulent website -_- y’all have a GUARANTEE for insurance to help reclaim an account. But he’s selling the account on yalls website?

    I am now consulting the head of the respective department to look into this. I wasn't able to get in touch with him since they're awfully busy the past few days but I'm keeping tabs on this so I'm not closing my doors on this yet, but I will have to ask some more time on this. Please note, like I always tell you in our PM discussions, I really cannot promise nor guarantee anything. I will do my best to find a connection and I'll let you know what we find out, maybe early next week I'm afraid because today isn't going to cut it; I'm sorry.

    Recently i come back to sell some currency on PA.

    I sold the currency for a few $ bucks and waited about 7 days for the payment never received! The PA PAYPAL payments was good for me even if it was 8-6 $!

    After contacted a support they told me that they have changed the system and now they use payoneer (the minimum payout value for Payoneer Account is $20 ) otherwise I have to use skrill !

    So basically what's going on with PA paypal PAYMENTS?

    Thank you for reaching out to them for me, I tried to talk to the user selling my old account and he refused to respond. He read the message however, I don’t get paid till the 15th or I would just purchase it again and once the username is in cancel.. but doing that for proof is pretty ridiculous as I would have to spend $300 more..

    Hey there, don't apologize. English isn't my first language, too. :) Yes, I'm afraid PayPal is no longer supported on the site since August 2019. I would have to ask you to use Payoneer or Skrill. For Payoneer, Accounts have a minimum requirement of $20 before funds are disbursed, while Bank Transfers require $50. Let me know if you need any help with this. Rest assured that your funds/disbursements with us will remain intact and will not be deducted in any way.

    Well that leaves me one option. I’m going to buy the damn account again just because that’s the only damn way y’all will actually do something. I get paid Wednesday. Once I prove to y’all hes reselling the account I’m going to do everything in my power to make y’all lose credit as a website. I’ve saved every chat log here and in email as well as him trying to sell the account on 4 separate accounts and y’all only banned one..

    Hi Tanzis. I cannot condone the act of buying the latest offer from that seller only to prove a point; you will also not be able to do this since this seller is already suspended on our site, as I have told you before. This will be your decision. I am also sorry you were unable to get a reply, but given that the 72-hour inspection phase/grace period was never really utilized to its full extent, I'm afraid there's really little for us in the way of validating the account as being secured when it was given to you.

    Once again, I am sorry I am unable to do anything for your case at this point.
