You need to learn how to read. They're ONLY allowed to scam someone who is trying to scam them.

That's a perfectly acceptable rule. It works in life and anywhere else.

 

If you attempt to buy a moderator's account, there is no RISK. They can't access admincp, so there's no risk.

Also, if a middle-man account is bought there's a risk for traders, they can scam huge sums of money. It doesn't have to be RSGP. The fact that sythe staff can scam, means many things. This is probably one of the reasons why Pen was demoted.

 

Scamming a scammer can also get you a law suite in real life, so don't bring that shit up. You're contradicting the rules, might as well say;

But there is a risk, you idiot. People are more willing to trust moderator accounts and use them to scam.

But discouraging a scammer if they approach you with malicious intent is not going to get you in trouble. How will they defend themselves?
