Low hp Karils build?

So with the amulet of the damned karils has chance of double hit would it be worth making a 70 range 70 defence account with 40-50 hitpoints at 60-62 combat ?

 

It'll cost you 15-20M to try out the build yourself which is like $8, just go for it man

 

Not a hard account to produce, but I dont see a great account in it. Tell me if it rocks
