    Hey All4gamers. What I can do is check if the account is already sold on our site or not. We can do that if you can send me the offer ID/link, or just the email address of the account. Do NOT send me the password, just the email address of the account will do. I can then check if it's already sold and inform you.

    3.) Disbursement schedule is 12/12/2019 , yet today is 12/13/2019 the status still "disbursement status: queued for immediate processing" . Whats going on?

    Order 5483875, 5483640, and 5483571.

    Three attempts to purchase the same account. Two different cards, and I made sure that the name and address info matched the info on the card.

    The transactions status is "Payment Failed" but the $415 got taken from my bank each time, which was a pretty big shocker. I called my bank and they let me know that all three transactions went through and were authorized - pretty shocking considering I have emails from each attempt telling me "Payment Declined."

    On PlayerAuctions website Order Event Logs, it even says that the payment authorization was completed, but then "payment settlement failed" two minutes later on each order.

    @Jake M123545 this is very bad , 2 people getting failed payments for the same offer , i don't understand why this is happening , @PlayerAuctions more than 50 failed payments in the past 30 days , how can this be possible .

    Nothing against you, I know you are the Sythe rep but I am astonished how such a huge company could have such horrible software/procedures. I had an account with my google email, I paid the balance and sent an email where I should, this is regarding my account: [email protected] known as Bravos12. They said there was an error, I fixed it within 24 hours, and I have sent multiple emails and gotten 0 responses regarding the status of my account. I couldn't make posts and I had no idea what was going on OVER 65 CENTS. I owed PA 65 cents and because of that I was not allowed to post anything and was given no reason why. If you were not available here I would have been screwed.

    Aside from that rant, could you please check on my account: Bravos12

    Hi, I am a casual seller in the OSRS market

    Recently I have noticed activity has slowed. At the top I just realised that the message changed from "feedback from the last 2100 orders in the past 30 days" to the last 1790 orders. Is there any reason for such a steep decrease? Happened in a few days and it was at like 1830 yesterday, keeps on going down

    My customers are complaining that Google Pay is no longer an option, that might be the cause of the steep decline.

    I was able to check on order 5471735, and the reason the disbursement isn't being processed is because the total value of your disbursement is only $5.18 at this point and you are using Payoneer Account. As per policy, the total value needs to reach $20 before the funds can be released. For more information about this, please check: What are the fees to sell?

    I understand what you mean; I know our policies on this can be strict, but we're upholding it in order to fully discourage late deliveries.

    I'm sorry that you were unable to get replies back to your concern, our team is very strict about receiving complaints through registered email addresses only.     @sythequesti444 and @Zirak:
    I'm sorry about this, I am also just recently told about it. I'm afraid GooglePay is indefinitely removed (until we can sort out issues or perhaps permanently — I'm sorry I don't know at this point) and this is mostly due to how slow refunds can take on their end, especially if the account is funded by credit card. We have introduced a new payment method, PaymentWall, and it doesn't end there; I was told they're looking into more options this December which MIGHT make it in time before the year ends.

    Terribly sorry about all of this, and as always I'll make it a point for management to hear about my reports on this.

    Hello, I have a concern about playerauctions, I asked when I bought an account from pa about what to do if the account gets recovered.. never received and a reply and now the account was taken, worst part is they told me I don’t have insurance on order 5478936

    I was deeply infuriated about this due to when you go to the order you can clearly see the extra money taken out for insurance which says $260+20.. I feel the lack of effort for a purchase with such a value is shocking that they were too lazy to even look if I have insurance. I don’t know what to do at this point as I feel I will never get the refund I’m rightly owed.. I have over 20 screen shots regarding the account and the steps I took making it mine and all the information I could get after I lost the account.

    Also the owner of the account who sold me the account apparently deleted his account? When I try to get to his page it says 404 error...

    How do I get information from jagex telling them I bought an account and the owner recovered it? I have over $5,000 of gold on my other two accounts and don’t want to get banned on them for rwt

    Here are some guidelines on disbursement cases/quick "Read me"s:

    If you're on Payoneer Account: Your total disbursement value should be at $20 before the funds are released.

    If you're on Payoneer Bank Transfer: Same as above, except the total value should be at $450 before

    If you're on Skrill or Payoneer (any of the two above): Make sure your account is already verified and ready to receive funds, otherwise, the funds will bounce back to us and will have to be resent

    Wire transfer: This can be done; Email [email protected] and ask for your disbursements to be wired, which is done in a single batch with disbursements set at a total maximum value of $50,000 — each wire has a $70 processing fee

    If you're still on PayPal: I'm sorry, but PayPal is no longer supported on the site since August 2019; You will have to create a Skrill or Payoneer account and set that as your active disbursement account (you may also email [email protected] for assistance on this)

    Yes I came here due to their first message telling me I don’t have insurance.. it made me really worried they don’t even realize that =| honestly just that experience alone makes it where it would be hard for me to want to buy anything significant using the platform, I’m worried about the lack of accuracy when looking up information.

    I've been noticing the past week or so, maybe longer, that many people are attempting to place orders only to be stuck in Order status: "Pending Payment".
    Lot's of them are trying to use their usual payment method (none of them have attempted with Paypal, so I know that wasn't the issue) and to no avail. Some of them will even try 5 or more times. I had one guy that tried 7-8 times to purchase an account and 4-5 hours later the 3rd one went through. Not only am I having the problem with people attempting to purchase as usual only to be fed up and discouraged from purchasing completely. The other issue is that each and every time they are trying to purchase something, they are being charged for each and every attempt. The guy who tried buying the account probably ended up getting charged nearly 1000$ trying to buy a 115$ account. Though this gets refunded, not everyone can take this hit and I really hope everything gets figured out as every party to the transaction, (buyer,seller,playerauctions) are affected and none of them are in a good way. This is moreso a heads up or attention rather than upset post but do look forward to any info you might have regarding these matters.     Gl meme lord =| they told me 3 days after they send a message to sender then they’d get back to me.. also asked me for more information but have ignored all my messages asking what information.. on 5 days now. If it gets to 7 days without a proper response I’m never using playerauctions again.

    PlayerAuctions removed Google Pay too? How are buyers supposed to make payments now? Using Paymentwell which charges like $15/more from the actual purchase price? That is ridiculous.

    absolute horrible service =\ i bought an acc, got reclaimed on the 18th and they keep asking for more evidence, i ask how and what would help in proving the case, they take a few days and respons, WE NEED MORE EVIDENCE, but wont tell me how! FFS. this one case is making me never use playerauctions again. At this point i think it'll be a year before they tell me what to do, maybe another 3 for getting a refund, i paid for insurance with a GUARANTEE to get refunded with credits if account reclaimed in a year... it's been a few days and the account was and the username loxul deleted his account....
