    Thank you for the response. It seems like the company is extremely compartmentalized, and is not streaming down any sort of communication even to you as their customer relations manager, which makes it extremely difficult for you to relay any information to us.

    I appreciate you making reports and doing your job as good as you can, the truth is though - with or without report or raising disbursement issues, we all get paid the exact same time (putting things in different importance levels, and making reports on order #'s is not affecting this whatsoever).

    It's going on 2 weeks with no payments, no communication, no update to terms - and I am sure you have the same idea as us as to what is actually going on.

    While there are people are threatening to stop selling on the platform, a few people bringing up legal action - the truth is no one will do any of these things as playerauctions is for most people a direct source of income. The only thing I can ask, and I am sure everyone else is on the same page, is the following two questions to be answered to their fullest capability (even if just by PM to those who require it, so it's not publicly broadcasted information where end users will see it).

    1. What is happening with the disbursements, and is this projected to be an ongoing issue? Two weeks without a disbursement is a major issue, and it's obvious that something major has happened, and it would be greatly appreciated if this was relayed so we know what to expect.

    2. Is PlayerAuctions in the process of going out of business? (Selling, going through their own legal issues, etc)? If PA was to either sell off or shut it's doors down, a heads notice would be greatly appreciated by any of us so we have time to prepare, rather than a message the same day it happens or a "404 page not found".

    I know you probably know as much of this as we do, and with how compartmentalized things are it might not be doable to even get any information that will help us out, but it will be greatly appreciated if you do.

    Hello, now all expiried listings placed in closed listings so I cant see where is sold listing and where just expiried for relist, how I can resolve the problem? Check every acc from my side, it's very long action. (before all expiried listings placed in active listings and it was right thing)

    To everyone waiting on disbursements: It was super late, but everything has been rolled out yesterday. Once again, I am deeply sorry for the long and troubling wait you had to go through, and apologies as well for the lack of replies. I had to complete several things involved with this internally and couldn't check back here when everything was done.

    In case there are still some order IDs that were neglected, please PM me (along with your username and the order IDs affected) so I can take care of it.

    On a sidenote: I feel genuinely happy to read your post updates here as well as PMs that disbursements are now received. Rest assured that my efforts do not stop here and I'll continue internal communications and operations from my end to keep tabs and work on anything that needs our attention

    Thank you for your kind words as always. I'm really grateful that you're going the extra length to make this extremely easy for me to handle and process.

    I'm sorry I wasn't able to get a concrete answer about why the disbursements we're late; Our finance team is on a different location/office, and at this moment, on a very personal level, your guess is as good as mine at this point. If they ever get around to informing me about this, I'll be sure to post here or let you know but right now, it seems everyone's focus is attending to messages and complaints. We're making good progress on replies made here, on social media, as well as other smaller forums and our email front — but there's still a lot.

    And a public post for this is fine, let me address the two:

    1.) There is actually no gauge for this internally, but to properly set your expectations and everyone else's, it might go on for the rest of December. That said, I still haven't gotten a proper answer to this from my colleagues so forgive me, I'll have to get back to you on this for a much clearer answer. Personally though? I think things are picking up because we didn't miss any disbursements this time, as far as I know.

    2.) This one, I can answer you with clear conviction. I think I owe you transparency and peace of mind on this, and I wholeheartedly say that if I have no absolute answer to this, I would outright deny you or ask to get back to you at a later time, like above. The short answer is: No. PlayerAuctions is NOT going out of business. We have hiccups like these from time to time, like the one in December 2016 where we had massive problems with accounts (the issue was accounts created before that had no phone security since that feature was introduced AFTER that date), and we had to ask users to create new accounts, complicating issues such as abandoning feedback ratings, etc. but later one, we found fixes and were able to introduce the feature to old accounts. That is just an example, and the big point here is that the disbursement delay is just one of these hiccups; we'll bounce back from this. We have improvements lined up for the site and new games being considered to be added. We plan to stay in the game for long.

    The reason for this is because our middleman/escrow service is easily sustainable. User turnarounds are few and far between, because as attested by users like you, veteran users stay for very long and the disbursements they put in fund the cycle at PlayerAuctions. Even for users with quick turnarounds, such as sellers who sell for one time only (people who are not into trading and rather those who sell one account in their lifetime), new users easily find their way into PlayerAuction, easily replacing the numbers. An added layer to this is that these kinds of users represent a very small percentage; the larger base is still reflected by regular buyers and users, and from here it would be easy to see the cycle is constantly funded. It's just that, with what happened, timing on the funding is disrupted by factors causing massive delays, but they all even out eventually with no losses.

    And yes, while I'm here, I can assure you that the moment were informed that PlayerAuctions is planning to shut its doors, Sythe will be one of the first online spaces to know. We owe the place that much, including you guys. But we're still VERY FAR from that. :)

    Lastly, about the disbursement time and schedule: for the most part you are right, it will all be paid in time and by schedule, but I also have some pull in making requests when it comes to dispute considerations (very limited) and prioritization of disbursements. I can't provide back end stats or anything, but people I respond to especially here are given prioritization, not by a long mile but at the very least there is some difference. I'm not stating this to gain any favors or anything; It would actually make my job super easier to neglect disbursement requests and state that everything is systematically completed but yeah, I can still make a few adjustments for you guys here and there. And I never get tired of doing so — absolutely no BS there! :)

    Hope this addresses the questions for now. Feel free to ask anything else after this. If there's any part that's vague or needs further explanation, just let me know guys. I'll get to replying back to PMs in a short while.

    Hello again, All4gamers. I'm very sorry, I realized I skipped over your message. Regarding your question, expired listings should always be in the closed listings. They weren't meant to stay in active listings since it will show up in game offers and buyers could be confused, thinking they can still buy it. This is the correct process.

    However, if the reason you want expired listings to stay in the active listings, what you can do is make a copy of the offer details/text in a notepad, save that somewhere, then copy those text into a new offer form in case the prior offer expires.

    What we can do here is I can look at your username then give you details on the expired list, so that way you'll have the means to recover the text from there. I won't be able to access any account details such as passwords or usernames, however — and that is for your safety, too. At the very least, you'll have a way to recover the details there.

    Hi there, Bravos. I was able to check and the reason your offers aren't showing up is because your account incurred a negative balance. You will need to pay that balance to [email protected] (via PayPal) or [email protected] (via Skrill). Your current negative balance is $0.65; In case you're not familiar yet with how this works is that when you aren't able to deliver an order in time, there is a fee incurred on your account and you would have to pay that first before your offers can be displayed again.

    Once you're able to pay that, please contact [email protected]; include the transaction ID for the payment of $0.65 and ask the team to clear the negative balance. Please mention which account above you paid it to.

    I should also mention that your disbursement account is still on PayPal. I'm afraid PayPal is no longer supported at PlayerAuctions since August 2019 due to internal complications. Please create an account on Skrill or Payoneer, then change your disbursement to that new account. For guidelines on fees, please check this:

    My username is - All4Gamers, but sir earlier it worked differently and it was right, you misunderstood me.
    I'll try to explain:
    I add new listing - > It's in Active offers 30 days and customers see the listing, after the 30 days, the listing remove from the account sale page, so customers don't see it, but I still see the account in seller page->active offers and that the listing expired, so I know which accounts were sold and which just expired and can relist expired accounts correctly.
    But now after 30 days the accounts mix in closed orders, there are no labels or sorting, so expired and sold accounts just mix and I can't even know which one was sold and which one I can relist.

    Just tried to purchase the account again and it did the same thing took the money out of my account then said payment failed so I need my money back yet again this is ridiculous I’m just trying to buy this account and am having nothing but issues this is the order #5458974

    ^^ I made the same mistake. My order status says "pending payment" but my bank account shows the money was debited from my account. Order #5461761. Apparently there's no phone number or live chat support? $569.97. If I don't get a response from support within the next hour I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Thanks.

    Hey, thanks for writing back. You're right, I misunderstood the earlier message and I'm sorry about it. I was able to ask about this to our website/tech team and they told me the logic for the filtering has been changed since September 17 this year. Expired offers now get included in closed offers along with completed orders. The best way to track this from here on is to monitor your orders section; completed orders on offers also appear here, and if there are no completed orders for accounts, then they can still be sold. The catch here is that you will lose your content copy for the offer, so you will have to make sure you make a back-up copy of the content in the offer.

    I'm sorry about this if it caused you inconveniences. Let me know if you have other questions.

    Hello guys. Refunds and voids for declined payments are automatic and should be processed in 2-5 business days. This can take a little longer, maybe even 7+ business days if the payment you used is GooglePay funded by credit card. I'm sorry but there's no way to expedite this. The funds will appear in your payment account; the only time we need to intervene is if you used BTC to pay for these orders. I would need your BTC refund address for that and I would have to ask you to PM me the refund address. If it's not BTC, then I will have to ask you to please wait a little longer.

    You take money from buyer, suspend the seller before delivery, then when buyer disputes you just then scam him!

    Can you PM me the order ID for this so I can check? The seller for this transaction was most likely caught for an offense, and regardless of the timing, we have to suspend him ASAP to prevent him from doing any potential scam or extortion from other users. In any case, I will check on this once I have the order ID from you.

    Unfortunately, yeah. It will be a long time before we can see anything for this — I'd better set your expectations on this.

    There are still other important developments lined up for PA so they will have to take priority first, and we might not be able to introduce a lot of new features especially before this year ends. We are expecting a lot of user traffic on the site due to the upcoming holidays, so our tech team is hands-off when it comes to website updates as that could impact the site negatively while there are a lot of people accessing PA. Really sorry about this.

    Hello PA, I have an issue on a refund that I am getting. I filed a dispute last month and it was seen in my favor around 2-3 weeks ago, the payment has been pending ever since. I filed a support ticket (342456) and was told that they could not refund through paypal and I could get a coupon code for the amount on a future purchase. I asked for the coupon code five days ago and still have not seen anything, can you help me out?
