TWC Removal

Hello, I received this TWC about a month ago. I was trying to get rid of an Origin account I had listed forever ago. I did not know that changing the email on the origin account didnt actually change the way to recover. So when I went to sell the buyer asked if it was the original email and I said yes, assuming he could recover with that email. It turns out he couldn't and instantly didn't trust me and wanted his money back. I did not feel like I was completely in the wrong, did I lie? Yes. Although I also did not want to give out my personal email and was unsure how origin account recovery worked. I refunded completely, and if I could go back and time to change what I did, I definitely would. Here are my vouches currently Sodah's Vouches

UPDATE: Since I have posted this I have gained 7 more vouches, a few in which in went second in the trade. Hope this helps the decision. I have learned from my mistake and it will not happen again. <3

I'll give you my support. In the future, just tell the truth and communicate with your customer. Not wanting to give out your personal email is understandable, so perhaps you could've worked something else out if you had just communicated.
