    I contacted google and thats what they said
    9:22:01 Sandra D: Werner, I have checked your account thoroughly and I can confirm you that the refund was approved by merchant team.

    9:22:29 Sandra D: Please try contacting them and check for the refund timelines with them.

    Why does PA says that the refund is made but after contacting google they said i should talk to PA again and check the refund time line????????????

    9:24:08 Werner: So they said they refunded but they didnt?
    9:24:48 Sandra D: In that case, please contact them and check with them in detail with the screenshot.

    What can i do to get my money back
    Help me please

    hi, if PA said they will refund , they will refund for sure it may take few days you are not the first one who encountered the "refund issue " it is not an instant refund if they confirmed it , like i said it may take few days , so don't panic , just be patient or wait for the PA staff to answer you or you can send him a PM by starting a conversation with @PlayerAuctions .

    Hey @Wizard Shop, thank you so much for the back up, I appreciate it. :D

    Hello @WernerBurningCN, as Wizard said, refunds aren't instantaneous and are usually processed in 3-5 business days; it can be erratic. But rest assured that we make sure it gets sent. We usually send refund recipients a digital receipt that you can show Google Pay (or any payment portal you used) to clear the balance. This is sometimes required by their end.

    I was able to see ticket 323463 regarding your concern. This is now escalated to our finance team and they will be providing the receipt soon, which I will then forward to you and you can show that to Google Pay (that was the part they asked you for details/screenshot).

    Also, please know that buyer's remorse (changing your mind after you buy, or deciding you no longer want it) is normally NOT accepted as a dispute reason. The only time you can ask for a refund is if the service/order given to you is not as described or flawed with offenses. There was also no insurance on this order, so sellers are not liable to issue any refunds. Luckily, your seller seems willing to accept the dispute reason, but I'd like to note this here so in case something like this happens again, you can set your expectations correctly.

    That said, please wait for my reply to your ticket. I'll send you the void transaction receipt soon.

    Even if it states that the buyer was refunded its still gonna take 3-5 days? Because the disbursement foe the refund was only 24 hours

    Yes, that's how it works on the site, I'm afraid. This is usually quick and the finance team is actually resolving this to automate some internal processes that may no longer require buyers to show the receipt << this how it was supposed to work before.

    I saw you sent me a PM. I hope you won't mind if I skip replying there as I've already sent you a message here. But for new concerns or other questions, send me a new PM; In fact, I will always prefer that method so I can focus on the case at hand.

    Account I purchased was hacked then banned. I was promised a refund after 2 months then no response... then I won charge back, then you just scammed my bank for a refund after 6 months of non stop calling them.

    I am not quite sure why I was ignored in our private messages... I sent you a message on November 7th regarding November 6th's disbursements not being sent, and it's now November 11th and I still have 76 orders that are in completed status awaiting disbursements.

    There hasn't been a week gone by where your website has not experienced issues with disbursements.

    Could you please try and check again, Zirak? The disbursements were further delayed, and it was only processed a few hours ago. Again, my sincere apologies for the continued delays, Zirak. I checked on some of your orders and I can see that they're already disbursed. It should be for all your orders but if we missed any, just PM it to me.

    There is couple transactions i try all failed and still got charged on my credit cards and been a while now and still not fix yet, looked in my account and no 1 single refund have been issue and I’m talking about 2g worth

    I’m dealing with the same issue have many transactions the failed and still got charged and they haven’t refund me and some go back to about 25 days
