Make a pardon, be honest/detailed and the staff team will calculate the debt and scam victims for you. Stop expecting to be treated in any special way; you’ll need to request a pardon, it’ll be voted on and based on that you’ll either be pardoned or not. However, pardoning does require you to post from a home IP so if that’s something you won’t do then I’m afraid you and the DNT rank will be buddies for life.. BUT if you truely care about making things right then you can always Request A Pardon and note that you only wish to repay your scam victims and not to be rewarded in any way, only because it’s right to do because currently you’re holding money that isn’t yours.

Just an IP audit isn’t enough to figure out he’s using a VPN. Those can be wireless IP’s too. Plus it’s fine to use a VPN, so long as you’ve used your home IP atleast once.

Also, exceptions aren’t a thing.
