Lucky Charm Holding my Deposit + Part-Service Payment

Explanation of the trade:

On the 30th of October, I approached Lucky Charm and asked if I could work for his service, after seeing his recruitment post.

Today, he asked me to do a Firecape for him on a pure and I accept. To cut long story short, I disconnected on wave 62 and immediately reported this as soon as I had control over the situation.
He told me that it is his policy of the service we are to offer that in case of disconnection we trade over new supplies and re-do the cape. I agreed perfectly to that however 3 minutes later @Lucky Charm asks me if I'm lying about the Situation and if I'm skilled enough to do Jad on a pure.

Was this even relevant? Why would I lie over a disconnection when I've done 4-5 firecapes already for this person without any hesitation? If I were to die, I would admit I sucked and move on.

So not only does @Lucky Charm accuse me of lying after I'm willing to accept his terms of service that I need to provide new supplies and re-do the run, but he's also questioning my skills as his worker after all of this was questioned during the hiring period.

It doesn't end there - a few seconds later he also tells me that he was and I quote
"Suspicious in the first place? From the start of this relationship."
He said he remembers that he traded my main in runescape before, he remembered the username of my Runescape account that resembles another Sythe Username.

Can you even explain this? So now he's also saying that he has wizard powers to all of a sudden remember my username (Please note I changed it twice in the past 3 weeks but okay..), and not only does he remember it, but he remembers trading to it and also matching it to a sythe username, that he claims to be a Ban Evader!

The Second I hear all these false accusations, I expressed how I felt which was hurt and humiliated, and that I concluded to end working for @Lucky Charm that instant.
The second I phrase out this, he starts to apologies for the way he acted, and it was all because he is and I quote (also proof in picture) "I'm new to having workers, and was suspicious." Yet he searches and bumps thread for workers every day.... hmm?

Again, cutting the long story short, I had to involve @Gladiator which immediately informed me that he was not able to adjudicate in private, to make a report about this.

The only reason why I am writing the report is not only because of the situation and the way @Lucky Charm is trying to hire new workers yet pretends to be new, and at the same time, throws all these false accusations and doubts over a disconnection during a firecape, but because in attempt of me asking to be refunded of my deposit + my works done for a current order, he starts to play with words in order to try and put the blame on me.

It is also funny how the second I mention the word "report", @Lucky Charm forgets the fact he was just using my notice period for example in order to defend himself, but he quickly tries to put this report under the carpet and solve everything between us.

Amount scammed: I wouldn't call it Scammed at this point, more as money behind held which is 100M + 60M for an order I've part-completed.

Let me tell you guys first why i have not refunded yet. As that's what this "scamming" post is actually all about. As mentioned, we agreed on a 2 week notice before deposit payout. I agreed to hand it out immediately. However, Gladiator pmed me that it's better not to refund anything and wait for the outcome of this post. Screenshot - ef8aec7c34e392dbe4a51bb0e5d5e57a - Gyazo

Furthermore, as we speak this guy holds the info of 3 customer accounts, (i pmed them to change password immediately) and holds 2 bank pins with high value bank's wealth. If i were to refund the deposit immediately before the passwords of the 3 accounts have changed then @Black Mamba OSRS could choose to steal the wealth of the accounts. ( I am not saying that he will, i am just saying that out of security reasons and 100% safety for the customer i will wait until this is done). After the passwords have changed i will pay out the deposit immediately + the money for the jobs done even though i have a 2 weeks notice. After that i will refund the customers or ask if another worker can complete this order for them.

Now that's all cleared up with the deposit and pay part ( "the scamming part" ). Let's get into the accusation part.

I asked him, i'll admit in not such a nice way if he failed the cape instead of dcing. He mentions that he is 100% knowledgeable in doing jads and said he did 300+ capes already. I was wondering to why a guy so new on sythe has done 300+ capes already. So that's why i wanted to ask more about this. @Black Mamba OSRS feels insulted by me, and therefore starts to rage and eventually this came down to the thread being created. I tried to explain him why i was suspicious with him in the first place, and tried to deal with him directly and not through Sythe. But here we are.

Let's get more into the reason why i find @Black Mamba OSRS so shady. Cause this is the cause of the thread. Let's get into his background.

This guy has joined 29 of October 2019 on Sythe, and is immediately asking for work on October the 30th. He claims to have worked for @Food4Rs for a while and been the key pillar to their services. Screenshot - 50227160c4af4666af62dd6bf919d640 - Gyazo
Maybe Food4RS can be so kind enough to confirm this, i do not doubt this but i am suspicious why a worker who worked a while for loot4rs has not made a Sythe account yet in all the time he worked for them. He is however very knowledgeable over Sythe from the start which is interesting to say the least since he just joined a day before.

Furthermore, when @Black Mamba OSRS traded me for his deposit i recognized the account he was trading me with. I have traded this account before because i recognized the username from something, probably a rwt i did before. My suspicion therefore started to grow. But the guy seemed pretty determined to complete jobs, and when i gave him some jobs he completed them very fast and came over like a 10/10 worker.

However, this was obviously no part of his plans. As a guy added me claiming that @Black Mamba OSRS did not complete his service under my name in time.

Here is proof that he mentioned he worked for me. While doing a freelance service (remember i never agreed on him freelancing in the first place. As seen above in the gyazo we agreed on him quoting customers and referring to my thread). He tagged me but the tag isn't linked. Therefore i did not get a notification. He claims that he didn't know how that worked. Funny because the tags above are perfect.

Only when the customer came to me @Black Mamba OSRS decided to refund, he asked me to list him as an official worker to be able to comment and refer to threads. He mentioned to do no more freelancing, until i made my decision about the official worker part which can be seen here:

As can be seen on his activity on his profile he kept on quoting people trying to freelance, he donated 50 usd and tries to start his own services now. Which was all fine by me, never told him it was not fine just said he could not use my name anymore. I ignored the fact that he kept on quoting people for his own benefit.

When he had access to multiple accounts with some of them including bank pins he also asked me for customer's bank pins without any valid reasons which can be found here. Where my suspicion grew even more.

The list above should be reasons enough to be careful when trading this guy. I am done dealing with him, i will pay his refund and the payout of his job done when all the customer's account are secure and let that be the end of it.

 

This is related to Food4RS, not Loot4RS (ME). I have no idea who this is and he does not work for us but I hope this gets resolved

Update as i have recalculated the money owed from 80-95 slayer. (Which he partly completed)

Starting xp: 2,107,015.
xp right now: 2,678,340

Don't know where he is getting that starting xp from, however that is false. Nice try from him to gain some extra gp

Total experience gained: 571.325.

We calculated 95gp/xp for this slayer task.

571.325 x 95 = 54.3m

I take 10 percent of this. Will payout 48.9m

Therefore, once last customer change password. And a moderator commented i will payout 100m + 48.9m so a total of 148.9m

 

Without going into much unnecessary and lengthy details, all I can say is that it is clearly evident how hard you are trying to put your "unjust" and "false" accusations and rude actions under the rug, in order to try and create fake speculations.

Though Luck, you will not fool me, and I hope that Moderators will see the way you are playing around with words, as follows;

1. I NEVER mentioned that I work or have ever worked for @Loot4RS. I used to work for Food4RS, yet what do you do? You create speculation by trying to play stupid and approach @Loot4RS in order to try and get them to vouch for something I did not even call!

2. @LumpyBumps Issue - After talking it out between yourself, the customer @LumpyBumps and myself, I was into the impression that we had settled this? Here's a quick screenshot of YOURSELF confirming it's all good and it was exactly a customer's misconception that the order came from your service - Again, here you're trying to use this to create speculation, Again!

3. You stating that we made a "Deal" that I no longer am to freelance jobs whilst working for you is again a HOAX, another speculation material.

You NEVER mentioned the Idea gain, and you NEVER added me as an official worker So you can't stop me from freelancing or moreover say that we "Made a Deal".

4. Bank Pin Issues - Creating more and more speculation. I will not go into length about this, but the only times I mentioned a Bank Pin of a customer was always in QUESTION, your answer was in all cases a No, and being your worker, I never Questioned it back, I simply accepted your reply and carried on.


Dear Moderators, at the end of the day, all I care about is myself getting the money and moving forward, however on behalf of other workers out there trying to find work, I do not think that such a Person as @Lucky Charm should be left un-corrected and perhaps even punished for his attitude towards him trying to build into the Servicing section, but that's for you to decide and work on.

 

1. Yes this was a mistake of my part, already adjusted. Will ask food4rs about you. We will see what the outcome of this is.

2. This is one of the scenarios that i added to show you how suspicious you are acting. I never agreed you to do freelancing, and furthermore you used my name to gain a job which you did yourself while you not stated clearly to @LumpyBumps that this was not part of my services. I am sure that he can confirm this since he pmed me about this.

3. Shouldn't be bothered replying to this invalid argument, but if you wish: You mention yourself: "if i find work for you as a worker, i will redirect them to you". However you were quoting threads on sythe without redirection and without any form of approving by me. Although you mentioned you would redirect, and offered not to do freelancing anymore. 4. I think this is very suspicious, probably all the rest of the people reading share the same idea. I just added it to my list of why you are suspicious and why everyone should be careful dealing with you. The fact that you asked for the bank pin makes no sense whatsoever. It doesn't matter if you ask/demand it. It is suspicious and that's the end of it.


What's the whole point of this post anyways? I already told you i would refund you the money. Which you have no doubt of you told me, you basically just want to bother a lot of people because they way i handled you as a worker. I am trying to explain everybody why i was suspicious, and acted the way i did. After the incident with @LumpyBumps a majority of employees would have probably already fired you.

I think the people reading your statements are confused because all you do is try to create fake speculations.

I will not reply further myself, however since you mentioned another two HOAX I will justify them.

@LumpyBumps, again only assumed himself that I was taking his order as part of your service. I NEVER mentioned that it was being done like that.
All I can say is that if I were to have given Lumpybumps the impression that I was taking the order on your behalf, a simple check on your Service Thread would have confirmed that I am NOT even listed as your worker.

Secondly, so you are saying, that I was suspicious for asking for a Bank Pin for BENEFICIAL Reasons to the Service, yet when you gave me the bank pins of accounts with 100M in wealth, you thought that was okay?
