Explanation of the trade: I purchased 30 hours worth of power leveling from this service provider in exchange for OSRS GP. Amount scammed: 64M OSRS gp

How they scammed: Their service is described very specifically as a hand played service. Despite claiming to do orders by hand my account was banned while undergoing an order due to macroing. After appealing the ban under the pretense that the account was hacked Jagex did quash the offense. Here is the link to Jagex's email reply: Screenshot - 9fe2c8147ff8bd40373dc1ab67af0f99 - Gyazo After receiving this email I posted in the feedback section of their discord stating that the owners had good customer service and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe one of their workers got lazy and used macros. I was almost instantly removed from their server and recieved the following messages from one of the owners "DuckM"

Now the owner of the service did offer to return what was left of my order which is fine. I did state I did not care about the refund but rather wanted this information to be public so that further people did not fall victim to this. This is not 100% proof that they did in fact use macroing programs on my account but it shows quite strongly that they likely did especially with how they handled the situation. The owners of this service are already on thin ice on Sythe.com and I did trade them knowing this was a possible outcome. I am not requesting a refund from them, but wanted to further add to the proof that these guys are likely illegitimate and at the very least, childish.

Proof that it's their Discord: I am unable to screen shot the unique ID of the owner in the actual channel due to them removing me from discord without warning. Unless this person changes accounts frequently the proof should be in the screenshot containing their unique ID. Unfortunatley there's nothing we can do for this type of thing unless he is refusing to refund you the price of the service, which does not seem to be the case. With botting bans its almost impossible to prove said account had been botted on by one individual or another, and of course jagex does make mistakes with this type of things.

@DuckM Obviously sythe.org does not enforce our rules off site (trading while DnT) but professionalism goes a long way, not only with customer's but when you apply for pardons we take things like this into account.
