Heres the basic problem with what you're saying:
If someone does not have to commit a crime in order to be taken and convicted by the police, then the reason for abduction by the state quickly becomes arbitrary.

Who defines what is a threat and what isn't? Maybe the state decides that people who don't want to vote in the same government again are a threat? Maybe they decide that people who peacefully oppose the state are a threat? In Nazi germany this happened. The SS would go to the ballot queues and turn away anyone who wasn't going to vote for hitler. Political prisoners were taken.

You are talking about nothing less than the complete destruction of your entire political system -- whatever is left of it. You are talking about a fascist tyranny.

The law must have due process, habeas corpus, and the presumption of innocence. As soon as police are above the law, as you propose, then you live in tyranny.

Of course you won't actually be smart enough to understand this. It will only occur to you what a fool you are when someone you cared about is taken away in the night by black uniformed secret police and executed without warrant, without trial, and without having first committed a crime.

 

To begin with, I support either philosophical market anarchism -- a form of anarchism wherein the society is based on a philosophy, in the same way societies today are based on religion -- or, if unworkable, minarchism.

At the age of 17 you have not yet reached the age of independent thought, so it is unsurprising you are aligned with a modern large-government political party.

You have much to fear from your government, and still more to fear from it in the future. Just because you have not yet realized just what the danger is, does not mean the danger does not exist.

Well its pretty common that school students lack any sort of divergent views from the mainstream. The public education system of any country is either designed to prevent independent thought, or is too pathetic to promote it / encourage it. Kids in highschool all subscribe to the values taught them by the school. They do this because they are geared to get grades -- to get 'through' -- and not to actually learn anything or find the truth of a matter. Disagreeing with your teacher is a good way to lose marks, and so they don't.

So I would say, in most cases, there would not be any real ideological disagreement in between students at school -- except maybe a proxy battle between parents.
