We have been told by kips hes in the process of paying back the money. We will see if he does I will update here

Secondly, before you start calling out ppl get your facts right. Because jurini was supposedly to get paid in PP but he's demanding BTC now (which I obv can't buy)

 

Kips has agreed to refund jurini within the 12 hour deadline that i have allowed, if after 12 hours the refund dosen't take place then no further discussion should be needed.

aperio was paid back by the server as it was an internal error, the amount refunded will still be needing to be refunded back to the server.

I didn't scam shit and only if you didn't ban me, thus giving me the chance to host, I'd be able to pay all in no time.

 

As mentioned above, the server has refunded the user (please confirm this @RS Crown), has @Kips repaid you yet @iam2sxy1?

 

I'm not mentioned in this report but as Jurini doesn't have a sythe account and I'm in contact with him I'll clarify something

Jurini sold gold to @Kips which she is now not paying back, with all the current commotion Jurini no longer wants PP but instead to be payed back the gold (500M 07) or in BTC (we can all understand why ofcourse)

Instead of resolving this issue @Kips is still advertising in trading discords that she's buying and selling gold but has blocked Jurini so he no longer can contact her.



I'd suggest just banning Kips, selfish and ready to scam more.

in this report even tho the OP has now basicly scammed themself Kips is not paying that back or even considered paying to the sythe refund pot.

Please ban Kips instead of letting this scum roam around.

I don't see why anybody would deal with a scammer like that.
This all happened 5 days ago and kips doesn't have time to post here or try and find a proper solution but does find time to not only message me but also other people to claim that he's not scamming and instead of paying just starts ranting.

You got his GP and got chargebackedby somebody else, just refund the gp he gave you.

Great effort to scammer kips.

 

just to add on this topic

i'm the admin in the server with rs crown =] (he is owner) i'm an admin so i do all the issue solving etc. Currently thinking it suspicious that kips has 4b rs3 (which could be used to pay jurini back) but apparently its not hers and has probably loaned it from someone else i asked if she could pay jurinis money back so the issue is solved then kips can be unbanned from ER and all, i get told that the gold is being used to flip gold currently. After a few minutes i saw kips using an alt and 'betting' that money in the discord so in my opinion kips is currently not looking to refund the gold otherwise it would have been done. Even jurini agreed to receiving a lower amount at first as much as possible and then the rest can be seen as a debt and repaid overtime but none of the following have been done. so currently evidence is stacking on kips i'm not sure what to do anymore. I have warned and tried everyone i'll leave it up to the sythe staff to see what they want to do

the alt that was used was kryptic happy to get wager logs out if needed but all the chat logs were deleted from my side

i talked like a person and i get blocked because i'm causing 'issues' for kips even tho kips is currently causing issues for our server

 

@Kips has been banned. He will need to refund all users involved and request a pardon.
