    I didn't know it was every 4 hours i thought it was every 2 hours because thats how often it lets you post again

    besides how was i ment to know about An update to the bump system
    i only look in the market i dont read announcements or new changes..and im new so i wasnt aware that it was even at one point changed

    Ignorance of the rules isn't a valid excuse, there was proper warning. In the future I suggest you occasionally check out the news forum to remain updated if there are any future rule changes.
