    PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

    This was a feature integrated with PayPal only. When it was removed, unfortunately the feature was removed as well. Our staff already knows about this and is working to restore it, but restoration is a little difficult at the time because we cannot touch the site's coding without potentially creating problems for other features, so for now we'll ask the team for a follow up. Sorry for any hassle this has caused.

    Hi,

    The issue is not resolved, my disbursements for Friday have not yet arrived either, following the same pattern as last week.

    Disbursement was not sent on Monday, September 9th, 2019
    Disbursement was not sent on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019
    Disbursement was sent on Wednesday, September 11th, 2019
    Disbursement was sent on Thursday, September 12th, 2019
    Disbursement was not sent on Friday, September 13th, 2019

    Disbursement was not sent on Monday, September 16th, 2019
    Disbursement was not sent on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019
    Disbursement was sent on Wednesday, September 18th, 2019
    Disbursement was sent on Thursday, September 19th, 2019
    Disbursement was not sent on Friday, September 20th, 2019

    Two weeks in a row that my Payoneer disbursements were only sent on Wednesday and Thursday. Why hasn't this been fixed yet?

    I do not understand why some buyers need to wait a few business days to have their failed order payments refunded. When a payment is charged and the order does not go through, the refund process should be automated and immediate. It is not their fault that the payment failed. It is some garbage fraud protection system that PlayerAuctions has set up. Do you realize the stress a buyer has to go through when they are charged by a website as seemingly sketchy as PlayerAuctions and has to wait 4/5 business days to be refunded especially when the amount is as high as $350? That person is never going to come back again. That is totally unacceptable.

    Hello PA - i bought an account a few months back for osrs, and its been reclaimed, i have sent the proof i am provided (email notifying me to of a request to change pass - invalid logins from me - and the registered email being changed, i no longer have access and after countless denied requests to regain access, i have filed a dispute on PA site, however the sellers account is no longer available, what happens if he doesnt answer my dispute? the account is lost/stolen and i have the player guardian insurance. how long does the seller have to answer my dispute before i get a favorable ruling, and will i likely get the refund?

    [​IMG] These are screenshots of my dispute, i caught it hours after it happened, and am using sythe as a means to midddleman my case,
    the screenshots show jagex messages asking if i asked to change my password, then the invalid login attempt by me, the message of changed registered email, and multiple denied recovery attempts, again i have the optional insurance and i will not be stepped on like all the other reviews i have read, i have genuinley lost the account, and my proof its with the original owner is the fact that original owner can always reclaim the account, the bought name was julyte and now the name is barbyte, a little too familiar dont you think?? please support me guys its a 500+ hour account. and i did the right things

    Guys is that just me or the sale volume has gone down ALOT, i am not getting a single message for a whole week, noone is buying the accounts. Is it because of removing PayPal or what? Ty.

    I would like to inquire regarding Dispute #80604 (Order ID 5234307). I have delivered the goods and the buyer disputed, I uploaded proof of delivering the gold that is 100% correct and this morning I found that I lost the dispute. This is VERY concerning knowing that even sellers on this website are not safe or protected. Let's just hope this was a mistake on your part and that I will be paid immediately, otherwise we're going to have a problem.

    After he disputed, this fool even went to eldorado to order me from there. More proof that my delivery was correct. Same exact RSN and a very similar Eldorado username.

    Certainly because there is no PayPal. You have no idea how many buyers message me to buy something and later leave when they find out there is no PayPal.

    Also, the occasional technical issues have probably lowered their SEO score which caused them to go down in Google ranking. You can see how slow and annoying their website has become such as the page refresh issue, the slow navigation, etc. Moreover, there are many internal SEO-related issues that the IT team are too inexperienced to rectify. Well, they know what need to be fixed but they cannot without breaking the website since they do not know how it can be done.

    Hey there. We're very aware of this and if there a way, we would have shortened the duration for this a long time ago. However, payments work with us where payment portals send us the payment — this is why buyers complain that the payment was declined, but they were still charged. We then have to decline the payment, then the payment portal would have to make sure the refund is warranted. I appreciate your concern, but in the meantime the process would have to stay as is.

    I'm sorry but to set your expectations accordingly, your seller might have been suspended already from a different order. If that is the case, then we won't be able to contact him. That said, I still encourage you to contact [email protected] about this just so we have this case on record.

    Hey there, sorry for being alarmed but this was a mistake in the display of the system; Rest assured that even with this, decisions aren't affected. To confirm, your disbursement is on its way, and this was the note left in our internal system:
    "Evidence was proven to be valid and delivered to correct character. Referring to Order 5213844 by same buyer. Closed in favor of seller."

    I sent you a response on Steam as well; I have now released the disbursement. Please ensure with Skrill that your account is ready to accept payments, i.e. that the account is verified. I checked and your previous orders were disbursed successfully, so it's possible that your information with your payment account somehow got updated. Sorry for the hassle with this.

    Hello, my PA username is leokrubbs

    I am reaching out in regards to power leveling reserve funds. I currently have 24 (I believe) power leveling reserve fund spots I have paid for however with recent paypal removal and payment flagging changes, the traffic has drastically gone down.

    I would like to cancel a majority of these as they aren't needed anymore, and would like to be left with 6 reserve spots.
    -I paid with Paypal originally, are the refunds processed via paypal, or the new Payoneer Account I have setup on there?
