    What is causing the disbursement delay? Some buyers are also supposed to be refunded. They have not received it yet. Are the finance team on leave?

    Hey Bud.. There is potential for many more of your site members to be scammed by this person. How long does it take your department head to read through two sets of private messages? It takes me about three minutes, and I'm a slow reader.

    I’ve been on this website for over 2 years and made over 5k successful orders. At this point I’m considering leaving them, as they really don’t care about how their business is run anymore. What purpose does “Power Seller” title serve (you have to pay for that title too btw), when your completed orders from Friday you don’t receive until 5 days later?! How does this make a power seller title receive disbursements within 1-2 days?!

    And why does it require someone to be physically there to send out disbursements, why can’t there be an automated system?

    @PlayerAuctions you do know you will lose customers (buyers and sellers alike) because of this right? It is unacceptable to receive disbursements only two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) from now on. This has been two weeks in a row where we haven’t received our funds on Monday, and I’m willing to bet, as per the previous post, we won’t be receiving it at all until Wednesday/Thursday. Just how it was last week, which is completely unacceptable.

    See an example of an order still waiting disbursement..

    I think disbursement has returned to normal for now. You might want to send a ticket about it since they might have forgotten to disburse it which they did a few times in my case since PayPal was removed.

    Ever since PayPal was removed, PlayerAuctions has gone steeply downhill since conversion rate has fallen massively. AmazonPay was an okayish replacement, but that has been removed too. Now, all I see are "Pending Payments" and "Buyers Cancelled" in my order details page. Even the good offers do not convert now.

    @Zirak:
    Hi there. I've been trying to find the order ID in your post, but was unable to. I'm terribly sorry about this, it shouldn't be happening and power seller status still takes top priority when it comes to disbursements. It just that we had an issue last week that was unavoidable, but as @Neopanama said it has been fixed since then.

    Could you list me down all the order IDs that haven't been paid to you? Kindly PM it to me, I'll get to it ASAP.

    I'm sorry but this is not covered by PlayerAuctions. The initial setup/arrangement is for sellers to provide full recovery information for the account, and given that this account is stat-sensitive, you should have been able to provide the account in full — user information, included. What you could have done in this is decline the dispute and ask your buyer to take screenshots of the stats; if it isn't in the state you want it in, and that the KDRs have been tampered, then you could decline the dispute.

    Ultimately, agreeing to a dispute precludes the buyer and PlayerAuctions from any liabilities if you weren't able to check with the buyer when it comes to the account state. It's the same principle with buying an account where you have to check the account first. I'm very sorry for your loss on this, Renner.

    I just sent you a PM with the 95 order IDs that have not yet been disbursed.

    And it doesn't seem to be fixed for me, since I didn't receive disbursements yesterday or today either (I have my disbursement payment account set to Payoneer). Please look into fixing this swiftly. Thanks.

    Hello, are disbursements still having issues, or under a new schedule?

    Here is an order that was placed sept 02, closed sept 05, should have been disbursed on Friday however about 3 days late so far

    What you can do is contact our team by emailing [email protected]. Kindly use the same email address in your PlayerAuctions account in contacting us, and reference the previous ticket number in the new mail, as well as the order ID so our team can connect the new mail to us to the old ticket that you have. This way, you can instead send the screenshots as attachments.
