TWC appeal

To whom it may concern,

Since over 30 days have passed I hereby appeal the TWC that was imposed on my Sythe account in response to the following thread: [resolved].

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. The situation was such that a third party was supposed to send the BTC payment on my behalf due to me having temporarily run out of BTC and this third party did not execute the payment on time and I in turn failed to communicate properly with the seller. The owed amount has since been paid in full and I will henceforth make sure that I never trade without first ensuring I am in full possession of the funds to be paid to the other party.

Please also note that I and the business I represent complete 50-100 trades a day just like the one in the thread above without problems. This was an unfortunate exception to a legacy of consistently solid trading practices over the course of the many years that have passed since my Sythe account was registered.
