Rungold - Got my hcim banned

Explain the service: Rungold was supposed to get me 1-83 hunter on my hcim, i have paid him $45 in btc. i asked for daily updates (which i never gotten), so i checked the highscores. when i checked this morning it was 81 hunter(on osrs highscore) (was very happy to see this since it was almost done). i checked a few hours later and it didn't show up. so i went on runescape.com to check what was going on. and than i see my hcim got banned. While he is online on Sythe he is not responding to me.

My hcim where i worked hard on had 88 firemaking with full pyro, tome of fire, firemaking PET.
73 fishing
30 attack
50 strenght
50 agility
49 fletching
59 woodcutting

Amount scammed: $45 btc and more cause of the value already of the account and time that i've put into the account is now all gone.

Hello staff and Safe, I would like to request pictures of offense history. RWT ban on Ironman (can not trade players) is impossible. My ToS states we are not responsible for any action on your account. I offered full refund for service and Safe declined. I am interested to see what a moderator thinks should be done here.

If not, it's more than possible because Jagex have been banning any Venezuela IP's because of goldfarming. So this is on you."

@Safe provided you agreed to the ToS you don't have much of a case here. There is no evidence to prove that the account was banned because of the workers activities or because of yours

@Tyler i haven't seen his tos. Neither has he brought it up to me.


And btw: you automatically agree to the above by placing an order are not honoured on Sythe. These ToS need to be shown to the customer and they need to be agreed to before hand, which did not take place.

Hi @Tyler , I was communicating with @Safe by private to solve this in the best way.

 

He has offered me to get my skills back the way they were. But i feel unsafe using him. The communication is very poorly and how does he want to get my pet back? I've seen people with 4-5k wintertodt kc and still no pet.

If safe chooses to adjudicate this is private he is free to, but as of mow he has reported you on sythe

 

Rungold and me have come to an agreement. Rungold has refunded me + a compensation for my hcim.
