Hello, I am appealing twc for both myself and @Coin , we are the owners of the elite ranks gambling discord.

elite-ranks.com wont pay out 5.5b osrs

This is the report.

We have taken the feedback given to us on-board.

"We advise you make your TOS clear about the possibility of balances being withheld to investigate activity. Reasons for this decision have already been communicated to both of you in detail and we hope you act upon the feedback given."

We have created a TOS channel to prevent issues like this in the future.

The situation was quite complicated, as we had explained to the admins that dealt with our case.

To summarise it, me and coin were both on holidays when this happened, at first we wanted to wait a little to verify the bets were legit because this user went from a very small amount of gold to 5.5 in a very short span of time. We have been involved in gambling for a very long time and something like this so rarely happens that it raised our suspicions. We realise now that we should of communicated this to the bettor and understood how he felt.

We had every intention to cash him out, I cannot remember if I shared screenshots with admins but after we had checked coin asked me "can you pay this out?" I replied "I can tell him I will send it within the day, just wait" in this time instead of waiting he gambled the gold away. If admins want proof of this you will see from our texts how serious I was about cashing him out. It is unfortunate that he gambled in that time.

Our TOS is updated and we will not deviate from what we have there..

Terms Of Service By using our service / joining our server/website you agree to the following ToS: - We have the right to hold your gold if we suspect you have obtained it from us illegitimately (such as finding a bug in our service and abusing it). - We do our best to cashout everyone as soon as possible but please be aware that if you have won a large amount it may take slightly longer, allow us up to 48 hours to fully cash you out in this case (48 hours will start from -the point where you message an owner, either 5wap or coin. The 48 hours may be extended if we suspect you have obtained it from us illegitimately (such as finding a bug in our service and abusing it). - Do not loan or ask for loans you will be warned and then possibly banned - We are not responsible for any one other than ranks in the server, the ranks in the server we are only responsible for their stakes, nothing else do not buy gold from anyone unless you trust them, we will refund any scams (within the ranks limit for staking but not for anything else) - Do not use our discord to store your gold, this is a gambling discord if we suspect you are using us as a bank we will ask you to cashout your gold You have the ability to swap but if you use this you have to gamble some of the swapped gold before cashing out, your wager must increase by the amount swapped before cashing out the swapped gold.

Unfortunately we do not reallly collect vouches with our service, most people that gamble do not leave vouches.

However in the time we have bought gold from large sellers via crypto where they went first. people such as laziz searchy.

I'm sure if you messaged either of these sellers they would vouch that our cashiers always take gold and we pay as soon as we are awake next.

Our discord also has the channel #big-payouts which you're free to check, there is billions of 07 gold paid out there in just the last few weeks.

In the time since we got twc we have not had a single issue with people not being able to cashout large amounts. Feel free to check our #cashin-cashout channel they are all filled very quickly.

I'm sorry we do not have vouches, its just not common for the gambling services unlike gold selling, I hope this is sufficient.
