Stop with the bs unfair spam strikes

I literally get countless strikes for posting that someone may be a scammer and why they may be one. No where in the spam description does it even seem as if anything I've said would warrant a strike. Not only is this annoying to deal with in terms of managing strikes, but it also allows the scammer to have my comment deleted and continue on doing what they're doing. Find one example and the most recent below..including what I posted and what the rules are right below it.

You're posting on people threads calling them scammers or potential scammers without having done any business with them or even speaking to them. That deserves an infraction. How would you feel if someone followed you around posting you're a potential scammer on all of your threads?

You're pretty much breaking that rule which is the same as spam since your post isnt needed
