Any of Terms of Service Past 10/8/18 is null and void, I agreed to this terms of service when getting hired. I have notified Tyler and told him Hope let me borrow 200M which I have paid Hope back so the 300M deposit Dbuffed is holding is entitled to me.

 

As per requested of @Tyler

So 10% of payment is still owed (which was discussed on discord with meaty) due to failure of contract, this contract of which he was upped to a trial manager due to our closed natured friendship and due to him having being put in a hard position at the time (due to low funds irl etc, so this gave him a chance to make something extra)

Please note, this was a 1B deposit requirement (can be found on my OSBot service hiring thread - https://osbot.org/forum/topic/153031-1-services-are-hiring-all-types-2-contractsmanager-contract/) of which I lowered to 750M so he didn't have to wait as long to get the full position, 300M which was his normal worker contract on my old service thread was paid -




After this contract, as stated even from him he wanted to become a manager, which would involved him also agreeing to this additional contract -



So before I go more into the post, I want to point the bottom 3 agreements out -



When he was told to release payments, he refused and told me he was "leaving", whilst yes he has not outsourced/leaked customer information, he did try to access customers accounts YET again despite knowing not to, and knew he would be required to hand over the payments for those.

Oh and let's not forget, he also messed around with the orders payments (holding them so I couldn't receive from him when requested) and he in fact tried to hold hostage until he knew he had no option but to pay me.

- Upon applying to my TOS it is ultimately able that I can relieve you of your duties, especially considering you have gone over double your deposit (750M roughly instead of 300) and also put my customers accounts/payments at risk with being immature, and such things as making me trade level 3 mules and such when we was instructed to do otherwise.

User was in fact trusted, and to my understanding followed the rules to the complete, had many arguments with workers due to him "playing by the ball" and wanting full confirmation from both ends, which I don't think is a bad thing.

Upon further examination of today, not only did I find that he was trying to not pay me until forced to by Sythe/forum staff as this is a big source of income for him, but he also was using my workers payments to make money himself which is why he delayed paying them many many times.



As you can see here, worker actually contacted our other manager Matt because of how I would act because of such things, and Matt instead likes to try hear more into it.



The fact is, it's not "easy money" as it's not his money to play with, sure the cuts that he would of originally made would of been his but the worker payment isn't.


Now comes the real meat and potatoes if you will (thanks crumb)

As shown above, he mentioned both that "it isn't his fault we live in the UK and he doesn't" so he HAD to accept payments, which he didn't have to, he could of just as easily told them to wait. And also that for some reason being relevant that he has "been on the forums longer than me", which just sounded like picking at straws.

Now I know he is going to mention these two screenshots below so I may as well as well.



As you can see, I clearly told him not to take anymore, and he openly admitted he was maxed/over maxed on his payments anyway.



And again here we go again, he claimed at 1;54am he is going to drop the funds on the mule I give him access to, so he can offload as stated when he is ready as we have more payments incoming that would also need to be attended to.

You see, he is trying to twist this as "oh I had permission to take as much as I want" which isn't at all the full truth, Matt you see did pay the 750M deposit and is still taking much less, and as you can see Matt also stated that maybe he should be trying to pay it off even if in little chunks, keeping in mind Meaty has been a manager for several months.



As shown here, I actually finally got a chance to talk to him, which was to understand what was going on and I clearly admitted "I skipped through it all earlier due to being on phone", he also knows he shouldn't be holding more than his original deposit as he has openly said this to people before and instead thought this would be a good time to brag about how much he holds it seems.

As you can see at 6;58 he claimed he would give me everything and I could sort it, this would mean he cancelled his potential to also collect 10% on "his" orders, as these orders are no longer belonging to him due to the whole handing it over to myself/matt.

(also you can see the stupid comment about where we live)



So he has clearly said here, he isn't arguing and I have confirmed I have let him off with the deposit because it's the truth, I also yet again said he cannot really take payments for things that are no longer to be his ownership, and of course the good old "i've been in the market longer than you" comment, like it again makes a difference.



As you can see, he yet again asks me what I want him to do, I said i'll leave that in his hands and he says he'll be on the PC "in a few" again, this is clear that he was happy to yet again hand over the money before it got out of hand, but then he was told he yet again cannot take money that isn't rightfully owned to him, so he claims he would hold the money because he wants the cut despite saying otherwise to begin with.



"I am finishing Ty" at the bottom, is an order he has had ongoing for a while, due to situations I wont mention as that's not my place but yeah it has been open for a bit of time which I will now be finally refunding/getting a worker to replace.

There was also a confusion on his end where he was paying me 10% on everything, when in fact if he accepted an order he was meant to pay me 20 (as per a worker contract), and he in fact pretty much confirmed he wasn't aware last month, meaning for a few months he was receiving the 90% instead of 80, but that's fine I don't mind beating that up as it's happened too long ago.

As I said, also as shown, "let me know when your current orders are paid out", he was trying to also get paid for incomplete work which typically, as shown above you do not get paid for.

After all this time wasted, at 8;20PM he was finally stripped of ranks and banned.

I wont bother dragging up the whole of our private conversation unless mods really feel needed (@Tyler there will be like 20-30 pictures to read over minimum, us bickering)



So I will pick apart parts, which may sound stupid but just to show you I was trying to actually be reasonable - After what... All that time above, I gave him yet again until 20 past to release the money to me, before he would in fact find himself in this dispute.




As you can see here "what you mean exactly?", exactly he agreed with me that he is paid the 10% on completions of orders (due to having to pay out the splits etc) which he did not.




So it continued that way for... Another 10 minutes roughly?



At this point, he asked me to come on voice which he knew he was already banned from our server and I refused to join as I was not interested in him talking his way out of it, he instead continued to refuse to hand over the payment.



he was told yet again, for roughly an hour or so to hand over the payment.



As shown, he was yet again given more chances and in fact was given another 20-30 chances to my count after.

So the arguing continued until @Tyler in fact stepped in via this dispute and privately.

Tyler has of course seen a lot of the bickering privately, there was many of times he has refused to pay out the money as shown in our chat - Also was meant to trade me from a non-level 3 (he had the money on his main) which I used my main account to trade him, he knows my name in game on all of my accounts, and yet tried to stall logging in to pay me until he was yet again told to or be banned pretty much.

Those terms wasn't the terms I agreed to, As seen above. As for using the money to flip items? I joke around all the time granted I did use the funds (once), If tyler seen our Worker chat he would totally understand. The worker chat is a shit house and nothing but jokes until real work comes in then it's serious. I would still be held responsible for any missing wealth. I only have one mule and a few main accounts I wouldn't leave the gold on the mule account in case of RWT Ban. I would be held responsible for my own account bans so I've always placed the gold on my main. I only used the gold once and made roughly 50M sure but I am being held responsible for the wealth. I barely play on my main account and I've never scammed anyone or have intentions to scam. As you can see above I paid you for what Tyler told me to pay. As for any Manager TOS, I had never agreed to a Manager TOS simply because he trusted me. So the Manager TOS does not apply. If he has enough proof that I had agreed to a Manager TOS Please post it because the only contract I agreed to was the one I posted above.

I won’t post more after this, but your original contract was on osbot which you said you didn’t apply on when you did, the one you showed was an additional contract to ensure @Hope was paid the money you borrowed.

You also paid after many many attempts to gather it from you with and without Tyler. Also you wouldn’t have just been given the rank, you agree to my terms in order to get it.

 

If you don't have proof that I agreed to your Manager terms, it's hearsay, You gave me the rank due to you and Matt living in the UK and you said since we are good friends I can have trial manager to help take payments, As you see above I had intentions to pay you This week another 150m onto my deposit to bring my deposit to 450m/750m.

 

You wasn't given the rank because we're friends, you wanted it to pay it off. I would happily dig down 6 months of chat logs but that isn't really going to be done within 5 minutes.

But yes, I can confirm you did say about the 150M, because unlike you i'm not going to lie about it.

You broke contract and wasn’t paying lol, I hope you don’t mind waiting for 30 days if so, may also need another moderator to chime in due to the involvement of hope being requested by you.

 

Hope wasn't needed as we both agreed that I paid Hope off on what Hope lent me. Tyler is the mod taking control of the situation so we will wait until they say what is the next step needed towards the dispute.

 

You are the one mentioning hope and taking involvement of the two together we are allowed a further input both ways, but yes looking forward to it.

 

And you and me both agreed that Hope wasn't involved due to me paying hope off, So this 300M deposit is mine.

 

Unless Hope was involved at all in the original contract he has no basis to be mentioned here. If meaty owes hope the amount for the contract then hope is free to report him for that, but meaty claims to have paid hope back.

Sorry I had the video set to where I could only see it, I have unlisted it to anyone who has a link to it can view it. Edited due to dbuffed rsn is involved including mine.

 

The information he is providing is our contract information that was provided above.

The deposit was paid back to Hope that is correct, a bit slower than expected but overall paid in general.

He has spoke to me a few times today (within the last ~1 hour) where I have given him time to talk freely, and he has said he doesn't wish to destroy our friendship but it is what it is pretty much ,and that he would both like to come back and work with us and be a part of the discord server again.

Instead, he has turned it into being owed the 10% still, which is violation of our contracts as managers (taking a cut, despite not seeing the order through completely), which is what the main issue here was.

He is also claiming he still wants the deposit back, which if so as part of my TOS as a worker (Which he would fall under either way) he both tried to scam and deface my workers/customers via using their money to fund his own merchanting along with refusing to pay out where was required.


Edit - As I know i'm going to receive another 100 quotes from him with rambled nonsense, I have put him on ignore until further.

 

Also please keep in mind, he was also paid for incomplete work, and also I have had to refund an order of which he over charged when it was meant to be discounted (he instead added 25% premium stuff to it)

 

Dbuffed Chat Here is the chat we had when he promoted me to Trial Manager, as you can see I asked for rank to help him fix up his discord he gave me Admin at the time. Two days later he says he is going to give me and Matt Trial Manager and talk to us about paying a 750M deposit. The trial manager rank consisted of just 10/10/80 10% goes to me, 10% goes to Dbuffed, and 80% goes to the worker. Being a trial Manager we had the same functions as Service Manager. The only difference in the two was Me being a Trial Manager I was cut off from taking too much gold. Due to me not paying for my Manager Deposit. I did not sign a contract for Manager, was giving the rank by himself and told to take payments just until he tells me to stop taking payments.

 

You are correct @Meaty 10% goes to you, which was for completing your agreements which you failed to do and instead held our payments as a bargain chip in order to receive pay.

That itself is scamming, you can try to fight it how you want realistically it's always the same. You took way over what you should have, and you told us you would exchange it over as stated before, instead I had to fight you for it when you knew you wouldn't be paid for incomplete work - Again part of our contracts.

You have always known this, even before as myself, you @Krysler and @Hope all spoke on mic about it and hope giving you the deposit and how it would work. You have done nothing but try benefit yourself from others work via using their funds as your own carelessly, hold money that isn't yours until you can get your own way and try to stall paying out until @Tyler told you that you would have to pay or be banned, which even then you refused to pay me despite being told many of times to do so.

The list goes on, and you come to me today for forgiveness then you change your mind and start talking shit again.
