User was a "trial" manager in my discord and for my service, which involved putting down a 1B deposit of which I allowed him to pay off when he feels needed (due to being pretty close friends) and due to this I trusted him to do the right things which he has until today.

By all means, he is one of those people who follows things down to the tee which I appreciate and is why I believed he in fact could be trusted. He has decided to take it upon himself despite stating he is maxed on payments (well over maxed, due to having a 300M deposit with me) but by the looks of it has still continued to collect.

His excuses are as followed -




His argument is he wants to keep 10% of payments which is no longer the option, he has clearly knowingly accepted a contract which he has yet to pay off or even had the desire to pay out at that, of payments are as following - 80% worker 10% him 10% me with completed orders.

He has instead, been told after finding out he is holding roughly 500M (pic below) maybe more that he isn't giving back to myself, my other manager or anyone for that matter until he is paid something that he feels he is deserved when he did not complete the transaction with the worker.



He is also holding orders of his own which add to even more, assuming that these are not added to the "list of payments" he has. This is without saying he also seemingly thought he would only be paying me 10% of cuts on orders he accepts (20% would be what would be taken) and had done that for some time (assumption on my end)

Instead, he has it seems tried to blackmail me, he wants this he wants that or we don't get our worker payments.

As you can see below, he mentioned dropping one of the payments to my mule which he has declined to do since.

 

628.998M currently owed from what I can find, including open incomplete work and such.

Please note, I do have his deposit still and I have enough GP to cover if he decides to be funny.

Where are you getting 111m at? I completed almost that entire order and infact only owe lunar diplomacy and dream mentor on the 111m Ty's order.

As for the 49M order, I was going to refund today due to the customer not having the requirements, You have banned me from the discord and I can't get in contact with the customer due to having a different language char as a name. I have no way to contact the customer.

 

You are not paid for incomplete work, as you know yourself via workers that we have dealt with.

 

Also confirmed he is accessing accounts that are no longer his issue, which is essentially holding them hostage/not releasing payments as per our contracts @Tyler

You are a liability, and you are no longer part of my service team, this means you have no control over payments of which you are trying to scam.

 

Just ban him @Tyler he is even refusing to pay me what's left without what he feels he is owed.

I have asked Tyler to add me on discord, You don't want to sort shit, you want to take my 58.5m manager cut and give it all too you. You have made a dispute and I said we will wait for the mods to come up with what we needed too do.

 

He stated he is waiting for a moderator to look at it, which I am now. Please stand by

 

He has no right to hold my workers payments, even if he takes his %, he is being instructed to release them which failure to do so is scamming.

 

@Meaty has been DNT'd for the time being as it appears he is attempting to hold the GP hostage.

 

There was some confusion on the whole thing, As you have seen it. I have paid Dbuffed the balance owed for Manager worker payments. Currently paying out my orders I haven't completed.

 

@Meaty has paid out almost all of the RSGP and we are dealing with the rest of the gold.

After that has been dealt with I will look at a 10% which meaty is claiming is owed to him, and the deposit meaty paid to work for dbuffed

 

Completely paid everything I owed to Dbuffed. Please proceed to figure out the 10% cut and my deposit thank you.
