    Hello Neopanama, I'm terribly sorry but this is due to AmazonPay being temporarily disabled as a buyer's choice for payments. We're currently having issues with our account with them and this is already being worked on by the respective teams and higher ups in our company. We're really sorry about this because the incident is totally unexpected.

    Hey guys, with regards to my response above, I would like to make a quick and official statement:

    AmazonPay is currently disabled as payment option for buyers

    This is already being worked on, and for now we ask users to opt for BTC, credit card, Skrill, or Payoneer as their payment. We're sorry for this hassle; the respective teams are doing what they can to sort this out in the soonest possible time.

    Not even 5% of the potential buyers use Skrill/Neteller. The payment system has been declining all credit card transactions for the past 7 days. BTC is a big no-no for most people. Where I reside, you can get arrested for using BTC. So, your current available payment methods are pretty much non-usable at this point for a majority of the buyers. You need to understand that your payment security system has to improve and a newer/better payment gateway has to be implemented, something that is close to PayPal. Amazon Pay was alright, but you need to resolve any issues with them asap.

    Pa username mercuz order number 5104910 I’ve contacted the seller numerous times because I was literally 8 cents short so the full payment didn’t go through he claims playerauctions still has my money invoice number #72335937 is the receipt where I clearly paid y’all with litecoin the order is canceled an closed now an I’m short about 316$ worth I’ve contacted playerauctions for 5 days now an they completely give me a automated response an ignore me I’ve contacted on Twitter they replied until they found the situation an now their going cold with no reply’s on their this is completely absurd an everybody should stay away from that website until they get it their stuff together

    Thanks for the inputs, Neopanama. I can most definitely understand your point as these are logical sentiments. We've raised similar points to the respective department, unfortunately there are just too many variables at work. In any case, your points aren't wasted; I'm going to include it in my report to let them know how the community feels about the situation. If it's any consolation, I'll be here Mondays to Fridays like usual to help alleviate this by helping with the processing of requests or anything that you guys need.

I consulted our team and one of our agents was already able to escalate your case, the payment is already voided and refunded, and you should have the money very soon. Sorry for the trouble.

    My Debit card transaction was declined and I didn't get a reason why that is the case. Is this a known issue for you guys and is there a fix in progress? My only other option is GoCoin and I have no intent to get into crypto currencies for now. Thanks!

    NEED URGENT ATTENTION
    Order #5123966 was pending payment then said payment failed but my bank has dispersed payment process to playerautions for the amount of $753.52 on 8/3/2019. I want this payment to be refunded or the original order to be verified since you have now received payment. Please respond as soon as possible with solution. Thanks

    Hello, I've been a regular user with player auctions for a but now, never really having issues until I stopped ordering anything for awhile. Few days ago I used a new card to buy and they did the usual payment verification review stuff. I provided EVERYTHING they needed and it wasnt resolved so I had to cancel it. Assuming it was just a busy day I tried to purchase again but this time with the method of payment I've used for the past successful purchases. They did the payment review process again and I've provided them with again ALL the information and more since I know by now that they would find some other BS to ask me to provide. The order number is #5129090. I've placed this order going in 3 hours ago and they barely reply. When they do, it's only to ask me to give more information which is fine but it's gotten absolutely Ridiculous! Please, at least tell me to screw off or something so I can just cancel this order and never use PA again.

    Hello, Michaell. I'd like to admit the fault with repeatedly asking for your credentials; I checked with the team and they weren't able to get the info the first time around, so they had to ask again. Really sorry with that.

    I can see from my end that the order already went through. You just need to wait for your seller to finish delivering the goods you ordered.

    Apologies again for the hassle, and thanks for bearing with our system.

    Think it's already been said a good amount of times but there's a big issue with the verification process right now.I've lost out on 5 purchases within the past few days because it gets stuck on the verification step for the buyers, and they end up canceling it after like 5 hours..which with my gold stock i'm unsure if i should relist my offer or wait for it to magically verify.

    The thing is i also have to sleep/work IRL, so if it passes while i'm doing IRL stuff then i have that 20 minute period to deliver to the buyer...which would really ruin my feedback score if i were to miss it.

    I'd suggest if you can't fix the verification step to auto-decline the purchase within 1 hour or less, that way both the buyer & seller don't have to sit around wondering if it will pass in time.

    Hello again, Invasion.

    I thoroughly understand the sentiment about having work/time for sleep/and actually life itself. I could say the same with my line of work and I can see how this affects you negatively. The auto decline suggestion sounds really nice and the first I've heard of it. I can't guarantee that it will be implemented but I am now making a report to the respective team about this to see if they can add something like this.

    In the meantime, you may consider adding the hours you are unavailable in your offers, and you're free to mention that our verification may take long and go past beyond your unvailable time — this way, there's a chance buyers will consider against writing you a negative feedback. It's not a surefire solution but perhaps it may help a little. Sorry to ask you for the trouble of writing this.

    Hello again, this isn't in pertains to my PA account this time, however someone else who upon recent developments is a pretty large liability.

    User StickTalk has scamquit about $5k worth today, and more will come.

    User StickTalk has claimed to be "killing it on PA", however upon checking has a total of 4 sales.

    Regardless, user had a few expensive accounts for sale before scamquitting, and I would not be surprised if he posted them on PA with the intent to recover given recent developments.

I'm passing this to our risk management/security manager so he can thoroughly review any connections that may incriminate him as a scammer.     FIX YOUR GOD DAMN PAYMENT SYSTEM. EVERY SINGLE ORDER GETS FAILED OR STUCK ON PENDING PAYMENT, YOU EARN THAT MUCH MONEY AND CANT EVEN FIX A SIMPLE STUFF IM ABOUT TO LEAVE YOUR WEBSITE FOR IT BEING PATHETIC.
