Recovering my old Sythe Account

I don't know much about recovery side on sythe,

But you can do a recovery here:

The staff will check ip location and ask you for information associated with your account and if they deem its same person they would change email to another account.

user Merriken was hacked and banned as a precaution, because he's attempted to scam.

You will need to recover the account, like ABM said (and also Jason https://www.sythe.org/threads/ban-dispute-and-ip/#post-35807452).

If you don't have access to your old email, it won't necessarily be a problem. Give it a try.
