    I take responsability for my actions, and I promise do my best work in the future, everyday I work hard to offer my best services for my costumers. I'm aware of my actions, and that is why I do a better job. My incompetence brought those consequences with the last report.

    Don't see any issues since this incident. I don't like the message edits but I think we would have seen more issues if you were a threat. Please be more straightforward with customers about your deadlines, have a system in place for orders that go over the timeframe. I'll give you support for the removal of your twc.

    Also, your signature exceeds our site limits which are 650px wide by 350px tall, please make sure you update that before you are reported for it.
