    Hello PlayerAuctions,

    I received my first disbursement after the switch from PayPal to Skrill, however it was a partial Disbursement of $1342.41 USD. I had 95+ orders completed with pending disbursements, and it seems like not all of them were sent...

    Could you please check and advise?

    It also seems like the latest batch is not showing under batch disbursement log. It still only shows my final PayPal batch from June 17...

    Hey there. I was able to talk to the agent handling your case. I'm sorry but your account may no longer be reinstated. They found duplicate information on both accounts, which means you own both — contradictory to the info you told us that the other account is owned by your friend. It would be best to reply back to our agent through the Trust email channel since they directly handle this.

    Did this come up from your buyers? If so, this is the on-going security system on our site that filters and declines payments from accounts with erratic/inconsistent information. When a buyer makes a purchase while his/her information is messed up in terms of incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched info (non-matching info between PA and payment account, such as different names or numbers/addresses), payments are declined. Please advise them to double check their accounts for this and if it still fails, try using GoCoin as their payment.

    Not only PayPal got removed which will massively hamper sales, they upped the Skrill fee now from 2% to almost 5%. Bravo. Really intelligent decision your business team has made.

    I think it is better to create and sell on your own websites with PayPal as the payment gateway and save the hundreds of dollars in fees that you have been paying/will be paying. This company is drowning. A year or 2 left for it, I can assure you.

    They have not fixed the page refreshing issue yet. It has been almost 4 months. That's how incompetent their IT team is. Not to mention, the payment failing on customers who have never had a single issue with making payment on PlayerAuctions even last year. I lost a few regular buyers for that. And now this.

    There's a BIG flaw in your website. Payment verification sometimes takes ages, it can take up to a few hours and if at the time of ordering there was a 20 minute guarentee, there will still be a 20 minute guarentee when payment goes through (even if the seller is not online any more and is on 24 hour delivery). The report team won't cancel the negative balance, it just feels like I'm being scammed. So what do you want us to do? Sit on our pc for an extra few hours waiting on the order when it may go through or it may not? That's absurd, when I gotta go I gotta go.

    It's literally not even possible to send a message to the buyer BEFORE payment goes through, I've tried that day and it wouldn't let me. Proof (tried this on another order that was verifying as I didn't have screenshots of the other one).

There's literally no possible way to contact them, at this point it just seems to be a big scam trying to extort money from loyal sellers. There's absolutely no way I'll be paying a fee for this, the Report team lacking braincells is not my fault.

    I have also had the same issue Searchy has had roughly twice now when selling gold, luckily the buyers were understanding both times.

    I'll make an example so it is easy for us all to underetand

    1) I decide to sell 100m 07 gold with a 20 minute delivery. During this time, I decide to be on my computer from 2PM to 5PM.
    2) During this timeframe, a buyer makes an order for this 100M at 3PM and the payment shows as "verifying payment"
    3) The payment takes 7 hours to confirm, and is verified at 10PM (5 hours after I have gotten off) Now at 10 PM, I receive an email to deliver this 100m when I haven't been on my computer for 5 hours

    During the timeframe for the payment to confirm, you are also unable to contact the buyer as the messaging system does not consider the order to exist. This is very difficult for independent sellers who are not available for 24/7, at the very least you should be able to inform the buyer what is going on as paying a 10% fee for something out of your control is slightly bogus.

    Not to mention that we might also receive a negative feedback from the buyer, on top of the fine and fees.
    This issue is huge and needs to be addressed.. Since years :confused:

    Hello, I am having difficulty getting response from any support email I have messaged the same inquiries/issues too regarding this paypal removal update and pending orders, and would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.

    My PA username is leokrubbs (if you need my registered email, I can PM it over)

    I have a few pending orders in "disbursement phase" which have been stuck there for a little bit now, and due to that I don't have the ability to switch my disbursement information from paypal to payoneer. I have messaged every support email there is a few times, and replied to old tickets, however no one is responding.

    (If you need any further information in order to track down orders currently in disbursement phase, or anything else let me know and I can PM it to you)

    Additionally, I have two other questions (feel free to PM answers if it's easier). I have 15 open power leveling orders, of which the time they were placed in the past few weeks, they were placed with the disbursement information being my paypal account. Will I need to do anything in order to solve this, or will succesfully changing the disbursement information over to payoneer automatically change the disbursement information on all of my pending power leveling orders that are currently in training, with no further action required by me?

    Next, I have about 30 accounts listed for sale, which were listed at the time with my paypal. Do I need to go through and remove every account listing until Payoneer is updated, and then individually relist each account so it has the payoneer linked instead of my paypal for the disbursement? Or similar to my last question, will this automatically happen by default when my disbursement information is updated in account settings (it will automatically update on all of my active account/leveling listings in addition to pending orders)?

    Lastly, I have somewhere in between 5 to 8 accounts that have sold which are still in the "free 7 day insurance" phase. When they sold, paypal was being accepted, however right now they are in the free insurance phase and have not entered the disbursement phase yet (this is happening within the next few days i believe, about $1-$2k in usd). Do I need to do anything to update these that are not yet in the disbursement phase, but will in the very near future?

    Any help on who to contact to change my disbursement information would be greatly appreciated, no one has been responding to any ticket/email I have submitted and I would like to handle it as soon as possible. Thanks!

    I had over 50 orders queued for immediate disbursement for yesterday, and I had not received anything. I’ve even been in touch with Tina and she confirmed they were released for immediate processing, but the funds were not sent at all...

    I changed my payment method from Paypal to Skrill when my orders were "being processed". After doing so I noticed that the disbursement address changed immediately as well from my E-mail on Paypal to my E-mail on Skrill. It is still being processed, but got to know that it will take minimum 24hr for it to be processed onto my new disbursement method. Hope this info helps.

    Hi. So i've been selling on PA for years now, currently have over 1,000$ locked up due to the PayPal removal..Was wondering will PayPal return as a disbursement option in the near future? Really will slowdown income for lots of sellers/buyers if it's not an option...I applied to both Skrill and Payoneer but it looks like it will take days to verify the account through them, let alone they ask for SSN/ID/Pictures holding ID...bunch of stuff...

    Currently won't be selling on the site till i'm able to set a payment option, and hopefully these two other disbursement options don't lock the account automatically soon as they get 1,000$ sent to it...lot of negative reviews for both Skrill and Payoneer..so not even sure which is best to use.... Trustpilot.com has Skrill at 1 star for lots of scams and stuff..then Payoneer only transfers to bank or their own card which cost 30$ a year? like these options are not that good for sellers.

    Anyway..love PlayerAuctions but lot of things need sorted out..there's issues where you go to Order Sales then try to click (All) and that doesn't function, let alone sometimes i'll place sale orders and have to click it 10 times for it to process...whoever is doing IT at PA honestly needs replaced. They've done nothing good for PA.

    Skrill sometimes suspends you for no reason at all. When they do, going through all the trouble to have the funds in your account released is nothing short of a nightmare. They do not have proper customer service. Takes almost 1 week to reply to a simple query/ticket. I'm not trying to scare anyone. This is just the reality of this payment system.

    Thanks for bringing this up in full detail. The reason this is in place is because the payment verification is factored in in the process prior to the delivery time a seller commits. We've had concerns before about it and this has been our stance on the matter. That said though, I also understand your position in this and I will make a report about it to the respective people in our office. There won't be any immediate changes but at least this will be reviewed company-wide.

    Hello again. Thanks for the detailed post about your questions/concerns. For the orders, the disbursement for each is usually manually done. If you went through our finance department, most of the time they change the disbursement for each order on the spot — they make it a point to do so. However, it would be best if you can forward to me any order IDs that were on our site BEFORE you changed the disbursement method. Any order IDs produced AFTER the change are automatically included in your new disbursement account.

    On-going power leveling services have to be manually changed as well, so kindly give me the order IDs on this in a separate list, since the process of changing the disbursement for these is slightly different from already completed orders.

    As for offers, they are unaffacted. Once an order is produced from an offer, that order automatically gets the new information and thus carries the new disbursement account for payment, so no worries on that part.

    Sorry for hassle, Rune. Just PM me the order IDs and I will get to it once I can. Let me know if you have further questions or concerns by sending me a PM.

    Hello there. I am truly sorry for what happened with the removal of PayPal on our site. It was difficult for us and we are fully aware of the inconvenience this will cause our community. The upper management has actually started fully exploring other options that we can offer on the site, and rest assured that once we find a new means, we will disseminate the information to everyone ASAP. As for your payments, they will remain intact and nothing will be deducted until you are able to append a working disbursement account to your PA account.
