    Because if paypal is not supported anymore they should have sent messages for everyone about that or put a ad in the front page about it because paypal is the most used thing not waiting us to discover all of this shit and then they force us to wait more and more and even send our ID to people we dont even know and EVEN A PICTURE OF OUR SELVES HOLDING THE ID .
    IF you find that okay for you then you got some problems

    Yes. Paypal no longer works.
    I tried to contact support. Support said that I should take the call. I said that I could not take the call because my microphone broke.
    After that, they asked to send documents. I sent the documents. Now they are asking me to call again..

    They can not change the mail without a call.

    I have 2000+ completed orders on this site.

    Don't get your hopes up. I have been waiting for the payment via Payoneer for around 20 orders. All orders took place around 2 weeks ago and the payment was not sent due to an error on their end. Unless I contact the representative here, the support team via email does not even bother responding to me. So annoyed, just send me my fucking money.

    So, I found out you CAN change the email address on the site, but you can't change the disbursement method (it's always stuck on PayPal, even if the website says changes are saved successfully.)

    You need to set your disbursement to "Pause" and wait 24 hours so it resets all orders that were processing for PayPal to be on Pause status. Then you will have the ability to change the email under Payment Setting... I've opened a ticket asking PlayerAuctions to update my payment option to Skrill as well, and provided a GIF animation on replicating the issue.

    You cant change it if you have a disbursement opened and if you want to you must contact them they ask for very personal things to send so they change it for you

    Hello there. I am very sorry to see that the case turned out this way. I consulted the team and the reason they ruled out in favor of your buyer is because the botting was found to have been initiated long before the sale was made. Jagex mediates on cases like these for several days, and the bans due to botting aren't instantaneous. I asked if there is any way they may re-open this but I'm afraid the decision is already permanent.

    Hello guys. I'm very sorry but we're currently having issues with PayPal payments. This should be temporary but we do not have a definite date on when it will be fixed, so we're advising sellers to temporarily setup Payoneer or Skrill as their payment accounts. This can be done by following these steps:

    1.) Enter your current disbursement account email and the new disbursement account detail.
    2.) Click SEND and a PIN code will be sent to your registered phone number.
    3.) Enter the code and click Submit.

    If you're having trouble doing this, you may also ask for help by emailing [email protected]. As explained by @Grezhul above, it seems he was already able to go through this process.

    Hello. For order 4993452, the payment was stuck because our PayPal payment is having issues right now. As I've explained above, I am truly sorry but we will have to ask you to change your payment account to Skrill or Payoneer in the meantime.

    As for order 2772137, I checked and this is not yours. Be very careful and ensure the email you receive is from PayPal, as it could be a phishing email from somebody else. But one thing is clear, this order is not yours and you may need to double check the order screen you landed to as it could be fake.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DISBURSEMENTS
    PayPal is currently disabled

    PlayerAuctions is currently having problems with PayPal disbursements. It's being sorted out now, but we would like to ask all users to create a Payoneer or Skrill payment account for now. You could also choose to get your payments via wire transfer to your credit card, but the payment for this could be steep at $70 per transaction (each transaction can be a maximum of $50,000+) so I can't easily recommend this.

    As it stands, only the following disbursement methods are allowed:
    1.) Skrill
    2.) Payoneer
    3.) Bank/wire transfer ($70 per transaction, for up to $50,000+ per transaction)


    To change your disbursement account at PlayerAuctions:
    1.) Go to My Account, then go to Payment Settings
    2.) Enter your current disbursement account email and the new disbursement account detail
    3.) Click SEND and a PIN code will be sent to your registered phone number
    4.) Enter the code and click Submit


    If you're having trouble changing the disbursement on your own, you may contact [email protected]. Our agents will need to verify your identity via a call or by provision of documents; rest assured that anything you send will NOT be shared outside of PlayerAuctions and will be treated confidentially and professionally.

    It appears like we can no longer change the disbursement cycle/frequency. I had last set it to “Pause”. When will we have the ability to set the disbursement back to “Daily” (as I’m a power seller)?

    Hi, my friend logged onto my pc a while back, and as a result, my account and his account Have been suspended. They tell me that both accounts are registered to the same email, which i dont seem how, but ok. I asked how to resolve it, and they're no help. Somehow, im assuming when he logged onto my computer, our information changed and now they're linked together and im unable to log onto my playerauctions account. If you can help me, please do. Every single customer service agent ive had has been useless. I confirmed with them the email, Then they said "Both "Acc a" And "Acc b" are not registerd to (My name), we will close this ticket now".

    Hey there. Please contact [email protected] and kindly include the explanation there. Mention which is your username and which is your friend's, then please point out that there was an IP address confusion since as you've said, your friend used your PC. However, our team might have good reason to believe both accounts may have the same email — maybe not at the moment, but sometime in the past, when the same email address have been used on one of them at some point. In any case, you will get a ticket number. PM that to me here so I can ask our team to take care of your case.
