SeaOfGreen - Using my well known avatar without permission

Since a couple of viral videos on youtube about me, I have received both positive and negative attention.

@SeaOfGreen is using my avatar on his discord server without asking for permission.

I request he removes this immediately and purchases his own graphics to promote any market/project that I am not involved with, as others may think I am.

I believe it is very misleading because the avatar has been used on my profiles for many years with some slight variations, so some users may incorrectly recognize him and/or his server as me.

The avatar concept was designed by myself and was sketched by a graphics artist on sythe about 3-4 years ago, and the animated version was created by Tino. I purchased and own the rights to the image.

I wasn't going to report this, but a user confronted @SeaOfGreen about this, and was then banned from the server. The user confronted him as a gesture of goodwill, and was not requested to do so by myself. It was only brought to my attention when the said user informed me by posting on my profile.

Therefore it is clear @SeaOfGreen shows no intentions of doing the right thing by acknowledging he has copied my branded image, and has not bothered seeking permission.

@video @SeaOfGreen was using his avatar as his sythe.org avatar until I pmed him to change it. I believe this was over a week ago.

@SeaOfGreen I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you found the image online but you will need to take it down as it belongs to @Liam
