Scammer's profile link: Izad
Explanation of the trade: Paid him $150 for: Avatar $20, Thread layout $50, Additional layouts $50 ($10x5), Signature $40, Banner $40 (He gave me discount so total price $150). Avatar with thread signature were finished, layouts not in full, banner not started. So he did job worth ~$100, I want remaining~ $50 refunded for design he never did, but he don't agree to that.
Amount scammed: ~$50
How they scammed: Not refunding.

10th of April asking for more info to complete the job:

May 2nd, he tells me he will let me know when it's removed. Next message I receive is over a month later and he directly asks for a refund:

@Izad is not required to refund here.

You contracted him out for work, and he has either finished the work for you, or was waiting for you on more information. (ie no breach of contract from his party)

People who do GFX knows that time goes into planning, layering and there's stages to being finished. Izad is also not responsible for the fact that you do not need the work anymore.

He is however; responsible for delivering you the finished product you have paid for, or providing a partial refund for services not completed if he wishes to do that.
