[DENIED] Add more rare valuable minis get rid of the crap ones

I have seen previous suggestions about yu-gi-oh minis and making them rare and expensive like the current pokemon ones I would also suggest DBZ characters and making these rare. I understand the mods want to decrease amount of mini ranks and I don't blame them with the amount of crap ones which aren't desirable. I suggest an incentive to trade those in for a chance at these new rare minis. % of chance depends to get them depends on how common the minirank traded in is yet still chances of getting these new rare minis should be low. What do you think?

 

The problem you face is a lot of people want fun/cheap ranks.

These are just cosmetic for the most part like anything in any game, you don't actually receive anything from them unless you want to re-sell them for higher, which essentially bringing in more just makes it more fun for those who actually like to collect them along side those who buy/sell them all the time.

 

Idk... if minis that exist now at a very low price now have a chance at something rare, wouldn't it have an inverse effect and make them skyrocket in the price? Minis are there for fun and everyone collects them for a variety of reasons, some love certain shows and others love pokemon (Ex: My Eevee mini), so I think minis should be left quite honestly. We have plenty and it already has room for growth with the incredibly massive supply there is. No Support

 

Won't be happening, regardless no support as I like it as is. No reason to delete miniranks or add any new ones.

 

well there is enough cheap fun ones especially with seasonal miniranks and don't mods want to remove some minis?

Not really no because rarity effects price say heidy theres 500 of them chances of getting something rare would be really low so prices don't skyrocket but gives incentive to trade them in

why were yugioh miniranks declined despite the large support for it then?

 

each holiday brings out a new minirank based on what holiday event it is, I don't see any harm in that as it's just something to take part in and have fun.

yugioh isnt as popular. the only cards that would be worth making into minis are the 3 egyption god cards and blue eyed white dragon. the rest are gone in the wind. the site doesnt need more miniranks though. maybe if some get removed one day like the unawarded gen 3 and 4 pokemon, there can be room to add others.

 

We are brainstorming some bigger ideas involving new miniranks and potential updates to prizeboxes since they've been around for several years without an update already. We will not create a feature to trade in old miniranks for new ones
