    That's perfectly alright. I checked and you are already reinstated. Sorry if that worried you, perhaps when you wrote here, the suspension hasn't lapsed yet. And don't worry, Maebelle may be stern in her messages but I can guarantee you that she's one of our best and is highly committed in resolving cases like these, and in fact she has done so a lot in the past year. In any case, do let me know if you run into any issues again. I'm here every Mondays to Fridays. :D

    Hey there. Most often, sellers on the site put identical accounts and in reality they're all different. These accounts are created in the same manner and pattern, but these are all separate and different accounts. They are also checked by our system, and more time manually by our staff once the order is processed.

    I know this, I did not mean it, they are 100% identical, there must be some restriction. Why does a top seller create 10 sheets of the same product, and buyers simply cannot see others

    @PlayerAuctions I spent $250+ dollars on an account. I paid like 30+ dollars for "insurance" and 2 weeks of receiving the account. The seller reclaimed the account. I opened up a ticket since the dispute option was not available. I get some generic message from Reiner, stating if you do not see the dispute option on your order, your order has passed the stage of the dispute eligibility.

    1st question: why would you provide insurance and advertise it, but after a customer pays for it, it's not eligible to be used past 2 weeks?

    2nd question: why does it show a dispute on the account when I never opened one?

    Can someone just look at the ticket with the pictures and proof that I have provided. I literally had an additional $200 dollars in gold on the account when he recovered, so I am currently at a $450 dollar loss. I want to at least recoup the $250 from the account.

    Hello again. As long as the accounts are different, it's still allowed. One thing that also enables them to be on the top spot is their delivery time. Orders are sorted there based on the quickest delivery time (which displays on top). If they are not able to commit to that delivery time, they pay a penalty fee so that kind of balances it out.

    Hey there. To answer your questions:

    1.) Insurance after 2 weeks - if the system reports the order to have used the dispute opportunity already, this might be because as a buyer you have missed confirming the order during the 72 hour inspection phase. This causes the order to go on a dispute process and will automatically close without confirmation. However, you still file for a dispute manually by sending the details to [email protected] — based on your message, it seems you were already able to do this.

    2.) Dispute shows up - as I've explained above, that might have been the cause. Other causes here is when the seller was the one who opened the dispute here, but this is not the case with your order.

    I will make a follow up to our agents regarding your case. Sorry for the inconvenience and for the wait you had to go through.

    Hey, thanks for the concern and for pointing that out. I'd like to acknowledge that this is a current issue on the site. Our tech team is having problems with the section and had to take it out for now last Friday. They're working on it now and I've forwarded/escalated concerns about this to them already and I will include yours.

    @PlayerAuctions thanks for the reply. Yes, I would like to get this matter resolved as soon as possible. I have an account in mind that I want to purchase once I get a credit. Even though I wont recoup the estimated 450 dollars stolen, at least 230+ will help lessen the sting.

    Support should already have a ticket open as I have received a confirmation email and auto reply stating the agents will be reviewing the ticket. This has been 3 days since I opened it.

    but such rules do not give an opportunity to catch up with or even just get at least some sales in games where one seller with a large number of sales exposes several hundred identical accounts, buyers just dont see other offers from other sellers

    I understand the sentiment, but ultimately, it all boils down to what the account has to offer and if it matches the one the buyer is looking for. Buyers with paid featured seller slots or even those like the one you mentioned may have the first page to themselves, but it's going to be pointless if the accounts do not have anything good to offer. In that same vein if his accounts are of quality and there are no duplicates then he most likely deserves the first few slots. I can understand your frustration with this but unfortunately it's not something I can tweak and the design for this has long been decided on. If you have any further questions or concerns though, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

    I'm not talking about different accounts, but when the seller exposes for example 4 pages of identical new minecraft accounts, I think this should be prohibited, there should be some kind of restriction like on any other site. Suppose no more than 20 identical products.

    You guys sided with the seller even though he was banned for scamming and even after I provided as much evidence that is possible regarding account recoveries.

    Our staff manually removes these, but admittedly some are left out. If you think the accounts being sold or duplicates, you may report the offers to [email protected]; Just email them using your PA registered email address then include all matching/identical offers, and why you think the offer is a duplicate. I'd like to tell you now that you will most likely not get a reply, but our team there views reports being sent and acts on them if any fault is found.

    I'm sorry Afro but a separate team makes decision on disputes and I have no control over this. I looked into your case and the evidence sent is inconclusive/insubstantial. As such, they couldn't rule this out in your favor.

    @PlayerAuctions I have spent over 5+ hours gathering "proof" of the owner recovering the account and getting nowhere with the support. They have actually copied and pasted the same email to me twice in a row 24 hours apart which proves they didn't even read my response to the first email they sent. As they requested I reach out to Jagex to get proof, in which I replied with pictures and a statement that Jagex will not realease that information.

    I have provided proof that the person blocked me and ghosted after I asked about the recovered account.

    I have proven the recovery questions never worked.

    I have proof via PM that email linked to the account now, is the one that was previously linked by the owner.

    I have provided proof that the seller was on a vpn.

    I have reached out to Jagex via twitter to "provide confirmation from the publisher, that the original owner is the one that recovered the account" as your team requested, but Jagex denied me stating, they will not release that information since I broke their ToS". However, the followup email from your support team, asked me to "provide confirmation from the publisher that the original owner is the one that recovered the account". The support team literally copied and pasted the same message after I submitted different information along with the twitter exchange showing that they will not do that. The support team member even forgot to change to font from their signature to match the copy and pasted response.


    They way the review system works promotes scamming and protects and provides a safe haven to the seller.

    I literally have been wanting to buy another account for more than the price I got scammed, but been patiently waiting for a refund.

    I do not want to sound threatening or rude, but I am tired of the run around. If I don't get actual customer service who cares, and reads the information, I will have to report this to the BBB, and go through other avenues to get my money back, first via paypal, then 2nd through credit card company.

    I really don't want to pursue the above option, but the insurance money I paid to help secure the account was a waste and I strongly feel it is a scam from the company to offer such services when they clearly don't put any effort in helping the buyer.

    I provided literally every piece of proof that could possibly obtained from a recovered account, and I've gotten absolutely no where as well. The seller was actually BANNED for scamming before I created my dispute and yet playerauctions still sides with the seller. The fact that he was banned should be proof enough, but instead my insurance was wasted as well as the price payed for the account.

    That's the risk of account trading. PlayerAuctions is pretty much trying to ignore the trouble and loss they will incur by refunding you. That's how it has been. How I believe it will be as long as this website lasts.

    I checked on your cases again and asked our team if there is anything else that can be done or if both cases may still be reopened but I'm afraid they're now closed. Disputes are only given a limited amount of time and after that, if no sufficient evidence is still provided, then the case is closed permanently.

    @PlayerAuctions Hello, lastnight/early Morning a potential buyer for an account DMed me asking for my Discord information to go over the account with me before he purchased. I obliged and a few hours later I noticed that my account was suspended for offsite trading. I gave the potential buyer my discord information not realizing it was against Terms of service.

    There was never any intent to utilize discord for such a thing and even in the brief website exchange the buyer was clear he wanted to proceed with the purchase on player auctions. Support has been of zero help and the customer wants to go through with the purchase with playerauctions as stated but I'm suspended. I'm afraid I'm going to lose the customer over this, is there anything that can be done? My username is MRJ88 and the ticket is 248353

    Hello there, MRJ88. I was able to check on ticket 248353 and I found out that you were indeed suspended on the site. Luckily, this is only the first and it's only going to be a warning. The suspension will be 3 days and I'm afraid I won't be able to ask them to take this out, so your buyer will have to wait. Please be very careful not to share any personal info again. From the moment you were suspended, after 3 days is up, please reply back to the email our agent Jedwyn sent you, because the suspension has to be removed manually.

    Hi Playerauctions, the buyer opened a dispute against me even I helped
    What happened is this:
    1. I’m a reseller on discord
    2. We agreed to a deal and I sold him an account
    3. The account was from a guy on discord and I resell his account
    4. I posted on PlayerAuctions because I wanted to use PlayerAuctions for safe transaction
    5. Unfortunately, the owner of the account pulled it back
    6. I tried to help him, I even talk to the guy I bought it from to see if he could help, we took the account back by recovered the email
    7. Again, the owner contacted epicgames with all his information and recalled the account.
    8. I tried to ask and chargeback to the guy I bought it from to somehow refund him if I win the case, but I lost.
    9. I told him I tried and I couldnt help more, then he opened a dispute.

    Proof of the conversation is in the pictures. I tried my best but I couldn’t help even he didn't dispute on PlayerAuctions(which he's doing now) because I’m a reseller, I couldn't stop the og owner if he did that and I lost the chargeback

    Buyer bought an account, got ownership (login, password, etc). After setting it up promised to leave a positive feedback. An hour later he opens a dispute stating he doesn't want it anymore. What?! I don't have access to the account anymore. How long will it take for Playerauctions to take care of it?

    7 days without an answer so I guess I should try here?

    My account got suspended with reason:
    "because we received lots of complains from your buyers who report their game accounts got recovered/hacked."


    BUT I don't have any negative feedback on my account or any refund, or anything like that. Absolutely NONE of the accounts that I sold got recovered or anything like that. I had some dispute cases opened, but they were solved succesfuly within few hours!

    And because my account got suspended, I still haven't received my pending payment. That doesn't make any sense, you suspended my account just to not send me my payment? I would like to get some explaination from somebody, because support team hasn't answered for 7 days. I hope this is a mistake on your end, please get back to me as soon as possible.
