    5)I am not responsible for tentacles breaking during a stake, you are responsible to check the amount of charges left!
    6) After your time is up you will log off the account.
    7) No Commission staking for others.
    8) You must keep your private chat on.
    9) Do not remove any items.
    10)I will not be liable for any bans taken place during rental.
    11)You will not break any Jagex rules when you are in the account.
    12)I am able to terminate the service if any of these rules are broken, and by making a payment for renting out this service you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
