    I tried to purchase a osrs account 3 times using paypal for a total of about 65 USD. Each time playerauctions said it failed, so me thinking something was wrong with paypal i than ordered again via skrill. This time i paid with skrill, the money left my debit account and went to you successfully, instantly you said the account buying failed but it didnt, the money went to you. You said i wasnt charged on the page that said buying the account was unsuccessful I contact skrill on the phone and talked to them, they said nothing is wrong with my account, it is active, It shows The money went through to you and you never refunded the money.
    So now i sent you 65 usd with skrill, ive lost my money because it has not been refunded to me, skrill says its on the merchant not on them. I contact you guys via email but dont get a response. I understand it might take time to respond but i wanted to be playing the account i paid for. I paid for it, you guys have my money and just say the account purchase failed. Order id 4868372
    My paypal and skrill account name, address information, is the same on my debit card and on playerauctions.
    What also is weird is that a few days ago i sent you guys my passport photo, my address and utility bills, myself holding my passport.

    8 hours i sent a email when this transaction happened and i still havnt got a response. I still dont have my money.

    I am now checking with one of our support staff about this. I checked thoroughly yesterday and the most prominent reason for the dispute decision is due to the account being banned. I will post another message here once I get proper and full confirmation.

    I'm really sorry but this is something we cannot bypass. The process takes precedence when it comes to payments. Important note: I forgot to say that the decline could also be happening as protection for you. There are instances where high profile sellers are internally marked in our database as risky (if they were reported to be scamming, but there is no conclusive evidence for us to suspend the user) — if this is the case, transactions on some of their sales are sometimes halted/declined.

    On the other hand, GoCoin is a Bitcoin portal. Bitcoin is called cryptocurrency, but is actually also a "stored value"/wallet service where money you put in is converted to Bitcoin. You can then use your Bitcoin as payment through the GoCoin portal/service. I'm afraid we cannot provide support for this as GoCoin is an external service.

    Also your company is the one who updated my address on playerauction site, My address is exactly the same as my paypal and skrill account. The only difference is that my skrill and paypal email is not same as my playerauction email. Thats the only difference i can find. So why does your system fail my payments. Thats worthless. I dont know how to use cryptocurrencies. Might as well get rid of skrill and paypal on your website.
    I wonder how many people get rejected and still charged like me and than have to deal with contacting you guys through customer service. My playerauctions account is nearly 10 years old.

    Skrill contacted me and finally said you issued a refund but it will take up to 21 days to get into my debit card. So let me get this straight, my payment went through to you, you WHERE PAID, but you said payment failed and i had to email you guys multiple times to refund me. How dumb, doesnt look like my payment failed. I understand you have a security system but my information is correct. If i cant use paypal or skrill with my real identity why dont you get rid of it on your site and only accept ecoin. So next time you dont make me lose my hard earned money for 21 days. !
    P.S. Your company has my passport and address on file. Dont know what else you need to accept a payment.

    Sorry, Socal, but we can no longer process and continue the transaction for an order once it's already declined. You will have to try again, possibly with a different seller this time.

    I'm sorry but that's all the info I can give you when it comes to the matter of your payment being declined. I'm afraid this process can't be bypassed in any manner so you will have to either try again or use GoCoin. Please note that this happens to both old and new accounts; we're grateful that you've been with us for 10+ years, but the policy on this was written with no exceptions. I will try my best to assist with any questions or further concerns but in the meantime, the only 2 ways I see from here on is to either try purchasing again from a different buyer (upon making sure your info is checked and corrrect) or using GoCoin.

    Today I have received an email:


    As you can see, the order was wrongly closed due to the mistake your colleagues made. Why should I lose money because your colleagues are not able to investigate properly? Due to the fact that it is a fault of PlayerAuctions that the case was closed, the refund for me should still be issued. If not from the buyer, then from PlayerAuctions, as PlayerAuctions are the ones who made the mistake of wrongly closing the case when all the evidence of the account not even being banned was given. If you are not able to re-open case, create a new one.

    My demands: Refund me in full.

    Hi, sorry for late reply. But the thing is PlayerAuctions refunded wrong amount, the amount is bigger than my negative balance, and take forever to answer for a simple problem leaded to this so can you please remove -$27.00? If not I don't feel like selling on PlayerAuctions anymore, no offense. I've sold like 90+ accounts on PlayerAuctions and I don't feel like being welcome, like really. It's been 3 days and your supporter hasn't answered my email also.

    I'm afraid you'll have to discuss that with our team. As much as I'd like to help with this, their decision on this takes precedence and I can only pass on their decision here on Sythe. If there's anything else other than this that I could help with, just let me know but as for making decisions on cases, I'm sorry, it's not mine to make.

    Hello again, no worries. I checked on order 4831745 and the final disbursement for you is $51 — on the ticket you agreed to a refund of $50. In actuality, for negotiated disputes like these, the fee has to still be applied but in your case, the fee was already shouldered by the buyer. The disbursement amount set for you is around $60, $8 of which was covered as a fee which leaves you with the $51 final disbursement amount as you've agreed.

    I'm really sorry, it wasn't our intention to make you feel that way and I sincerely apologize about it. If you can see I have been very attentive to your messages and we have already closed the case based on your requests, and you can count on as much for any future concerns you will have — I will do what I can to help you out. I apologize about the delays in responses by our team as this has always been an on-going situation whenever we get flooded with concerns. That is also why I do what I can to chip in with case progressions, though what I can do and decide on is limited.

    Great, thank you. I appreciate your responses. I guess I'm good to sell my accounts now, I'm posting my new accounts :). Hope I won't get crazy buyers so I won't have to face your support team, make me nervous everytime, luckily you got my back many times

    Hi. My account (seller) was suspended earlier for giving my skype to a long time customer that the site quit accepting payment from. It was suspended during disbursement period and I'm afraid I wont be paid the money owed for fully completed offers in last few days, totaling over $250, and was in que to be processed. I cant access the order page to give you the order#s for the 5 sells
    I completed. I have not received any payment and am worried that they will keep my money. I know that I did the wrong thing and am deeply sorry. The customer contacted me and I tried to help, but we never contacted each other on skype anyway, and it was no loss to PA as they didn't accept his or 4/5 others money anyway. I greatly regret my action and know now that they are serious about the issue. I've been selling on PA for 4 years now and am/was the top seller by far and we made a lot of money together. I hope to be un-banned and more importantly I want the money owed to me (around $250.00).
    Once again, I sincerely apologize and hope to be un-banned.

    I'm really sorry you're getting delayed replies. I'm not on Sythe every Saturdays and Sundays but for what it's worth, I'll do what I can to help out here. I think there's very little room for fee adjustments based on requests, what I do know is that pricing there is based on seasonality (the higher the demand for slots, the steeper it becomes, and vice versa). The best person to ask about it is our staff handling the Skype account: pa-advertising.

    Hello there. Thanks for providing the full details. For on-going disputes like these, I'm sorry but I cannot intervene. I also cannot provide insights as to how it will turn out, and my suggestion is for you to provide any and all proof that you can. Even if the seller is suspended, you would still need to provide conclusive proof to get a refund — without that, the case will be closed.

    Seriously, I was told 2 days ago that I was to be un banned in 24 hrs. I'm still banned. it's been more than 72 hrs. I know what I did wrong and have re-read the rules to make sure I'm not missing anything and apologized several times. I'm tired of apologizing, and Maybell (who gets off on apologies) from your team should be fired. I can take her place.

    Ok. I'm un-banned now. My payments haven't come through yet but look like they will. I've read so much about the site in the past 3 days and got panic. I've learned alot.     There is no rule on the restriction of identical accounts for sale? many sellers with higher reputations are abusing this by putting 50-200 identical accounts for sale
