    Hello Sultan. Very sorry about that, it usually happens when the servers are congested. Kindly try again during off peak hours or at any later time or day. You may also try restarting your router; oddly, it helps with other customers (probably depending on the user's ISP type where dynamic IPs change the user's IP with every router/modem restart).

    Hello @PlayerAuctions, The buyer hasn't returned the account yet but you guys refunded him the money. And the deal was refund only $300 not $350. Can you resolve this, please? I've sent all proof through email to your support again(twice). Please answer and help me with the case quickly, it's been like a week. This makes me nervous. I'm not using PlayerAuctions to get scammed or something like this by this way.

    Please hold the fund and tell him to return the account to me. He hasn't given me back the account. I've been selling accounts on PlayerAuctions but what is this kind of answer?

    He asked for $300 of refund and you guys refunded full amount of $350 and then he didn't give me the account back. he lied about the password and then you guys told me as a reseller to recover the account but there is no way I can do that. I email and messaged you here for days. your support ignored me or something and asked for the proof again even I sent it (I did send it again). Then you guys settled the case as buyer's favor, and I still don't have my account back. Please help, I've sold almost 100 accounts on PlayerAuctions and this is my second time experiencing a case like this. Your support doesn't care about the case to be honest and no offense.

    Hi again, Mua. For reference, the order ID for this is 4831745. Please always include the order ID, I've tried to ask you this before. The reason is because dispute IDs are exclusively handled by the support team, and I can only access the order ID log — NOT the dispute.

    Fortunately, the refund was not yet sent so I was able to put a hold to it. You may now dispute this back and ask for the account back. However, the hold is only temporary; the refund amount you mentioned ($300) can only be in place if in the dispute you were able to correctly agree on the correct amount. If you placed the refund as 100% or $350 --- even if this is a mistake, it will have to be the one processed because refund/payment agreements on the dispute page are final and binding.

    Please send a reply back to your dispute thread or email to move this case for resolution again, and state that the refund you want is $300 AND that you still don't have the game account which your buyer agreed to return to you.

    Okay, I'm glad you answered me and sorry about the order ID thing. wish I could remember it when I'm worried. The buyer and I agreed to refund $300 in the dispute

    I've already emailed to you guys about the dispute but haven't heard any answer. I'm afraid to lose money since you said it's a temporary hold. The buyer won't give me the account back, he gave me wrong password and called me a scam?? can you send an email or message him to give me the account back? PlayerAuctions's word must work more than I do

    Hello Mua, that is perfectly fine, I was able to get the order ID in the previous page. Please include it in the next message in case something comes up — and thanks a lot for that.

    Glad to hear you got back the account. In the dispute form, please make sure you agree to the correct refund amount: this cannot be reversed, even if the click was made as a mistake. Once you're able to complete the dispute form, the refund should be automatic. And rest assured, the hold on the refund won't unlock on its own. I only said it's temporary because we may still release it depending on the outcome of this case, but if your concerned that there is a time limit or that it will release on its own - no, that won't happen.

    Contact the game publisher and recover the account? Are they serious? This holds a major risk. Your account can get banned if they find out that you sold it.

    Hello, the buyer and I agreed that only $300 will be refunded and the chatlog still there. First of all, Your support told me that they couldn't do anything about it because the money is already refunded on April (What?) and then they said they still hold the fund. I said only $300 need to be refunded, not $350, then they told me nothing they can do because the case was settled (even they hold the fund, the chatlog was there, and I messaged them before the case was settled?) Not sure why $350 was refunded

    I guess your supporters can't help me, they took 1-3 days to answer a simple email even I answered them after 10 minutes, but I believe only you can. I was gonna use that $50 to pay off the negative of $27 because of a dispute in the pass that I didn't even receive an email about it for some reason until it ended. Can you please take that off so I can keep selling my accounts on PlayerAuctions, please?

    Hello, I purchased an account with insurance that has been recovered. I tried contacting the seller through PA but did not receive a response. I then opened a formal dispute and he still hasn't responded. How long do you typically give for a seller to respond??

    Hello,

    I had a buyer falsely claim that the account was banned. I have provided all the evidence in the case, which proves that he is still playing the account and the account was not banned, but it seems like The PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee did not read my evidence, as the player was refunded.

    If you would check the runescape highscores you would see that he is still playing with the account and has gained magic experience.

    I would like you to overview this case because my provided evidence proves that the buyer is a scammer. I have emailed support just after dispute was closed with no luck.

    Hello @PlayerAuctions - I have been trying for two days to try and buy an OSRS account. I've tried paypal / Skrill / VISA and literally had no luck.

    I'm being constantly told by support to use bitcoin. goCoin, I literally have no idea how to do this or use it, I've got quite simple tech skills that get me around! is there anyway I can buy via these other methods? I cant understand why you have these options if they dont work?

    plus the support told me that its a security issue that I cannot be told about.
    I just want to play OSRS and not have complications but it looks like I wont be at this rate.

    I'm so close to giving up. please help me

    Hello again. I checked on order 4831745, and the refund is still being held. One of our support agents replied to you via email and he is now in the process of contacting the buyer to confirm the refund of $300. Once the buyer responds back, we will release the refund according to that amount.

    For the $27 negative balance, I've already escalated it to the support team so they can deduct it from order 4831745 once the refund has been processed. Order 4822951 (the one you mentioned) does not have any disbursement amount left. If you'd like this to be processed faster, what you can do is pay $27 to [email protected] (PayPal payment) then give me the transaction ID here. I will remove your negative balance so you can start posting offers again.

    Once contacted by our staff, they have 72+ hours to respond before the case can be closed in your favor. However, the time may be more or less depending on the situation. If you need to ask for a follow up, you may just send a follow up email to the one you sent, it will appear in the same ticket thread on our end.

    Hey there. I was able to check on your thread and in one of your messages, you asked what evidence was missing. Based on the logs and from what I can see in the ticket thread, our team was not able to get compelling evidence from you that the banning was caused by the buyer. The reported time is also very close to the time of sale, and Jagex usually bans accounts with a timespan of a week — this was the basis. Sorry but I can no longer re-open this case, but if you have any more questions, just PM me about it.

    Hello there. That's right, I'm afraid this is a security process where we cannot explicitly release information about. What I can suggest you is to double check your information and make sure everything is accurate and that the info matches on your payment account. Try again but from a different seller. If it still doesn't work, I'm afraid your only other option would be to use GoCoin.

    Hello! I made a purchase through PlayerAuctions in which the account i was purchasing was on Instant Delivery. I paid for the account, but I forgot to realize the email on my PlayerAuctions I lost access to, and did not change it before purchasing of the account. I have no changed my registered email, but the information to the account I paid for I still do not have as it is on the incorrect email. Is there anything I can do regarding this issue? Can provide my order number in private message upon needed.

    I am telling that the account is not banned to this day!
    Why are you talking as I am trying to prove that the account is banned not on my behalf???
    IT IS NOT BANNED.

    What evidence do you need to prove that it is not banned? The hiscores shows he is still playing.
    Support didn't even tried to log in into the account to verify this fact.

    @player auctions - I've tried PayPal. Visa. Skrill.. I literally have no idea about but coins and tried to give it a look into and it's not something I'm ready to try. I'm a simple online games and it's beyond my skills at this moment.. I just really want to buy an account. It really is frustrating that your site just will not let me. :(

    Is there anything I can do to make this work? My PayPal is not in the same email I signed up to PA with. (I have an email for gaming and one for managing my finances)

    The addresses all are the same. The card is registered in my name.. is there any way I can just buy an account? I've been doing this for over 2 days now:(
