    There are none. Are you using PayPal? It's possible the payment was bounced back to us because your PayPal account is not verified. Please double check and make sure it's already verified. Also, PM me the order ID so I can check on it for you.

    I didn't receive email from this dispute until it was closed so I didn't aware of that. But I want to deliver the account to the buyer. Is it possible to open the dispute again so I can deliver? I will message the buyer​

    Hey there, I sent you a reply last week. The reason your payment got held is because your buyer filed a dispute on that order.

    I was able to consult the team. The refund was already sent to your buyer, so you won't need to provide him a replacement account. You also currently have a $62 negative balance (accrued as penalty fee); The support told me you can pay it by following these instructions:

    1. If you have a PayPal account, please send your payment to [email protected]. Once it's sent, reply to me here with the transaction ID and I will clear the balance for you.

    2. If you have a Skrill account, please send your payment to [email protected]. Once it's sent, reply to me here with the transaction ID; we will remove the hold on your offers.

    3. If you have any pending disbursements, we may deduct the total amount of the negative balance once you provide a go signal.


    Please send your response to that to [email protected]; not here. They will be the one to take care of the negative balance.

    Hey there, I'll be requesting our staff to check and if there was indeed an amount that was absorbed by our system, then we'll definitely refund it back to you. It's possible that as of this writing, this order is also already voided and the refund is on it's way to you. Sorry for the hassle.

    A negative balance is always incurred when a dispute is raised on an order by the buyer. If you win the case and you get the disbursement, you can always ask the team to deduct that negative balance from your disbursement. Or if the buyer wins and gets a refund, you can either pay the negative balance or ask the team to deduct it from a pending disbursement on another order. Since you've emailed them now, it would be best to get their response so you can decide how to sort out the balance.

    Still havent got that payment. It was settled with buyer and I was supposed to get payment within 2 days after that, but order is again stuck in " queue for immediate payment" or something similar. Id 4801436

    Another case that is escalated: Dispute ID 67950, Order ID 4831745.

    I've sold an account for $350 but the owner want a refund for $300 and return the account to me since it wasn't my fault, but he hasn't returned the account yet. I've been trying to tell him but he kinda ignore me and he said he wants $300 first. I will just say that he wants to keep the account and I get paid $350 or What should I do then?

    He seems like not willing to return the account so please can I have a $350? please don't give him the money back, thanks! I've sent the proof to the support through email. I can post it here if you want to

    My account got suspended and fined 150$ - I messaged a buyer my discord, to make the delivery smoother. He ended up buying my account through your site fully.
    MY question here is. Am I getting the full payment or is your site going to steal 150$ from it? My PA name is Rikards123

    edit - the purchase was yesterday, and I'm allegedly getting my money on the 7th of May.

    Hello Rikards. I was able to check on your account and sadly, this is the 2nd time offense on your account. On the first, I may have been able to ask the team to lessen the penalty, but on the 2nd and 3rd they are always firm with the penalty. You are suspended for 3 days, and in order to receive your disbursements, you will have to pay a fine of $150.

    Regardless if the order was still completed on our platfrom, our team suspends users once personal information is shared, as stated in our disclaimer here: https://i.imgur.com/KM9tedn.jpg

    I'm afraid this is irreversible. In case you decide to pay the fine, I strongly advise you refrain from sharing personal information, links, or contact/handle names again. If anyone else asks you to, kindly decline and tell them it's against the rules.

    Why are you lying that this is my second offense? Your site is bogus. You're basically lying your way out of something and stealing 173$ I was supposed to recieve today. Could you share proof of the so called "1st time offense"? Because as far as I know this is the only email I've recieved stating I've broken your T.o.s
    The buyer has his account, and I have nothing from a 200$ sale? What the fuck is this?
