Why was I given this TWC? Honestly. This is insane.

I was given a trade with caution for this situation, I think it is completely unjust. This will greatly affect my ability to conduct business and do rentals with a TWC hanging over my head, I REMOVED A PLAYER FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR TRYING TO COMMIT CREDIT CARD FRAUD ON IT, BY BUYING A MULTITUDE OF BONDS, REALIZED WHO IT WAS AND OFFERED TO GIVE THE 4990K OSRS GP THAT WAS LEFT ON THE ACCOUNT TO THE SCAM VICTIMS IN THE PAST, POSTED IN THE ORIGINAL SCAM REPORT ASKING IF THAT WAS OKAY, SAID I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE HIS VICTIMS MONEY FOR THEIR BROKEN WHIPS.

So what was I supposed to do in that situation? I'd love to know man, the kid started linking his social media profiles to the rental, attempted to buy 10x Bond packages, over 10 times..... so like any reasonable human being after receiving alerts, I kicked him off the account before he was able to damage it further or commit more credit card fraud from my account. Upon realizing who he was, due to language, THE FACT THAT HE HAD A BAN/SCAM REPORT FROM 2 DAYS AGO ON THE EXACT SAME DISCORD, SAME PROFILE PICTURE ETC (not the Wineandweed one, a different one entirely) so after kicking him off the account assessing just how much damage he'd attempted to do to the account, I make a scam report.... LETTING SYTHE KNOW WHAT HE'D DONE, FULLY ADMITTING HOW MUCH MONEY WAS ON THE ACCOUNT, AND OFFERING TO GIVE THAT MONEY TO HIS SCAM VICTIMS, TRYING TO HELP THE COMMUNITY, IF YOU WOULD OF TOLD ME TO GIVE HIS 4.9M BACK I WOULD HAVE, I WAS SIMPLY ASKING IF IT WOULD BE ALRIGHT TO GIVE HIS MONEY BACK TO HIS SCAM VICTIMS...... BUT INSTEAD I AM LEFT WITH A TRADE WITH CAUTION THAT WILL HURT MY BUSINESS, THAT MAKES ME LOOK LIKE I AM A SCAMMER WHEN THE EXACT OPPOSITE IS TRUE.

What is this man, why the fuck was I given a trade with caution, I never kept the money, I was fucking asking if I was allowed to give it back to his scam victims. I am being punished for keeping my account safe from credit card fraud and alerting Sythe of what had happened, and offering/asking if it would be alright to give the fucking 5M left on the account to his scam victims.
