PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

Good day, I would like to know why as soon as as I made an account on PlayerAuctions, it got automatically suspended? Literally a minute after I made it. Is that a bug or something like that? It's my first ever time registering on the page, I've read that account may be suspended if there is another account made with same name, but I am 100% sure that I've never had an Playerauctions account before.

Please answer as soon as possible. My playerauctions name is: Karlis7

Hello Karlis. Unfortunately, even with your username, I have no access to the logs pertaining to suspensions, but usually this happens if you already have an account with us (we can only allow 1 account per person/household), or you may have included bogus or unintentionally fake info on your account. Regardless, please write to [email protected] and provide your username; kindly write to them using the email address registered on your PlayerAuctions account for us to know it's you.

If you were advised that you already have an account with us and you are positive that it's not yours, you may contest this by writing back so you can validate your identity with us, and if everything checks, our team will disassociate your current username from the one found to be a duplicate.

 

It's been nearly 3 weeks and still no fix, you have no idea how frustrating this is. Any estimate on when it will be fixed? Seems like this isn't a priority..

 

Hi once again. Your team just answered that:

May I please get an explaination from you, what is the reason to suspend my account if I am more than 100% sure that I've never ever had an account on your site and within that 1 minute that I was registered on your site, I didn't break any rule..
Please explain to me what happened because I am sure that it's a mistake on your end..

Hi again, Karlis. I double checked with the team, and I'm afraid suspensions also happen on new accounts. Our security team has the prerogative to decline a user on the site based on several confidential security considerations. I'm very sorry but our team can no longer reinstate your account.

Hello about 3st week i still cant normally add new offers, it works like: I add 1-2 new offers then it stops working, the page just refreshes

 

Hey there All4gamers. We've been recently having problems with the site but I was told a patch was applied to the site yesterday. It should be working again, could you please check? Try refreshing your browser or maybe use a different one in the meantime.

 

This is still a consistent issue between both Chrome and Firefox

It happens on 2 instances:

After completing description, title, price, game, server, etc. and pressing List Order > refreshes and says to Select Product again as if you're making another sales thread and doesn't post all of what you've just done.

After completing the "Would you like to have your account automatically delivered by PlayerAuctions?" fields and pressing "Save Information to Listing" button, it refreshes the page and requires you to retype everything in those fields as well.

This is almost becoming a dealbreaker for me, I make a lot of sales here on-site as it's one of the most targeted sites for my game, but it's becoming too much of a hassle at this rate, please fix these specific errors.

If you're unsure of how to see these errors, please fill fake information into a sale thread yourself and try to complete the listing, if it works first try, continue to make more sales threads with fake information until you can visually see the issue, it's infuriating.

EDIT: I just sat here and made the same thread 7 times and it still hasn't gone through successfully, i'm going to lose my shit lol

tried 3 different browsers. i can add 1 new listing and after that i have same problem

 

I've also messaged them on Twitter through DMs and they've directing me to their support e-mail. I've sent both my Sythe and Twitter replies in an e-mail and hopefully the fix this problem. I'll update here.

 

thank you.. it happened before too, but I turned a blind eye, because it happened 1/10 times, now it's 9/10.

 

Try to clear "cookies and other site data". Login in and create an offer. After you created one offer you need to repeat it again.

It helped me to create some offers.

Sellers with fewer number of feedback are ranking higher than sellers with higher number of feedback. The old refreshing issue still exists. It's been how long since this issue started, god knows. Your website will never improve. Your IT team seems incompetent.

 

Hello guys. Once again, I apologize about this but just to let you know I file reports non-stop on my end. I actually take screenshots of the conversations here and report it to our tech to let them know the volume of complaints. I can't say much beyond this but I will continue to make reports as necessary to have this sorted out.
