Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
Aabcathy is currently providing cashier services for the infamous BigBoiBets which were banned on Sythe for scamming us of $6356. As of yet, no attempts to repay the damages or to resolve the dispute were made BigBoiBets refusing to fulfill their part of the deal

It is understandable that Sythe, as a trading platform, is neither able nor willing to control all the actions of its users, and generally speaking, user-to-user interaction falls out of Sythe’s jurisdiction. However, this situation is different. In case of BBB’s business model, they heavily rely on cashier services, as cash-ins and cash-outs are provided via RS Gold. Not only that, but aabcathy then proceeds to exchange BBB's RS Gold into cash which is paid out to BigBoiBets owners later, helping BigBoiBets to successfully evade their ban and continue using Sythe market for financial transactions. As a result, BigBoiBets are still using Sythe as a trading platform while operating through a third party.

Sythe has a longstanding zero tolerance policy when it comes to scammers, and I do believe that scammers should not benefit from Sythe in any shape or form. Deliberate collaboration with scammers is a violation of Sythe’s anti-scam policy, and AAbcathy should be restricted from operating on Sythe’s market until the situation is resolved.
